Four-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and the Born are 5 minutes away.

It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, which converts into a bed, with a flat-screen TV, tables and chairs.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen.

It has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds.

The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and the other two bathrooms have a shower.

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.
