Wirklich tolles Objekt

Das Objekt entsprach der Angebotsbeschreibung. Die Vermieterin war kompetent und total hilfsbereit zu allen Fragen. Auch eine Reeratur am Fahrrad wurde mit Hilfe ihrer Familie schnell durchgeführt. --> klare Empfehlung

Ein sehr angenehmes Wohnen mit freundlichen Nachbarn

Die gesamte Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Bewohner der übrigen Wohnung waren stets nett und freundlich, es war angenehmes Wohnen. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, jegliche das Sofa ist schon etwas mehr eingesessen, was aber keinen Abbruch tut, da wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben.

Günstige Lage - gut zu erreichen

Die Wohnung liegt nicht im großen Rummel der Altstadt und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein bisschen schade war, dass die Klimaanlage extra bezahlt werden musste. Die mit im Haus wohnenden Familienangehörigen waren sehr nett und höflich.

Great apartment with a fabulous welcome

The apartment is great - really well equipped and spacious with the added bonus of private parking. Valentina is a fab communicator and very responsive, she couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. A great place to stay.

Zeer mooie gezellige plaats

Woning was groot met mooie tuin eromheen ook al is deze van de bovenburen. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken en ook voor de wasmaschine en vaatwasmachine. De keuken, oranje vloer is wel gedateerd maar weer een heerlijk grote badkamer en slaapkamers. Het was een heerlijk strand met kiezelsteentjes via een klein stukje lopen te bereiken. Er was zelfs voor onze hond een stukje strand waar ze vrij op mocht. Parkeren gratis bij het strand maar niet bij het stadje wat te begrijpen is.

Excellente location.

Appartement très bien situé à PESCHIERA, environ deux KM du centre ville facilement réalisable à pied. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, très spacieux et propre. Propriété entièrement close. La propriétaire est très sympathique .

Gerne wieder

Hatten einen "Arbeitseinsatz" auf der Messe METEF in Verona, daher suchten wir eine Wohnung mit günstiger Verkehrsanbindung nach Verona. Mit dem Appartement von Valentina haben einen Treffer gelandet. Die Wohnung war super sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Dank vorhandenem Bügeleisen konnte ich mein Messeoutfit so gar noch mal "überarbeiten". Es war super heiß (36 Grad) und schwül, aber Dank der vorhandenen und gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage konnten wir prima schlafen. Wird tageweise je nach Gebrauch abgerechnet - voll ok. Super Kommunikation mit Valentina bei der An- und Abreise und auch so. Die Restaurant-Tipps von Valentina waren auch ein Treffer. Wir besuchen gern die Märkte rund um den See doch dieses Mal hat Gewitter und Regen dieses "Event" ein wenig geschmälert. Das ist aber weiter nicht schlimm. Beim nächsten Mal wird es wieder anders sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung und Umgebung

Das Appartement ist absolut zentral zu allem gelegen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand, etc.). Sehr geräumig und absolut sauber. Die Vermieterin Valentina war stets zu erreichen und war für Fragen und Problemen sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Zu den Zentren der Orte Peschiera, Sirmione und Desenzano sowie Gardaland (7 km) sehr gute Verbindung. Weiterempfehlung zu 100%.

Superb

Great value for the price. Apartment clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Safe with a locked gate for the front yard and a lock for the building front door and double locks for this apartment. The building seems to have permanent residents in the other apartments that were friendly older people. Parking spot is not included but free and easy and safe parking is available in front of the apartment. Located near lake, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to downtown and the train station. Easy drive to Gardaland. Enjoyed using the large modern gas cooktop and the quiet washer and dishwasher. Plenty of towels provided as well as basic but serviceable bed linens. Check in and out quick and easy as well as friendly even though we checked in late on a Sunday evening. She was kind enough to make sure we had coffee and food for breakfast in the morning.

היינו שבוע בדירה מקסימה מאוד מרכזית וקרובה לכל דבר. 2 סופרמרקטים כ-100 מטר ליד הבית ומרכז העיר לא רחוקה. בדירה יש כל מה שצריך לחופשה בדרום אגם גארדה. בעלת הדירה ממש נחמדה וללא דרישות מוגזמות. בדירה יש אינטרנט די מהיר שלא התנתק לנו והיתה קליטה די טובה בכל חלקי הבית. ממולץ מאוד.

Schönes Objekt mit guter Ausstattung.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten( Supermarkt 200m 24Std. geöffnet ,auch Sonntags. Bäcker,Tabakladen,Post)kann man auch gut zu Fuß 200m erreichen.Cafe um die Ecke, mehrer Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse. Noch keinen Kilometer zum Gardasee. Auf der ganzen Strandpromenade nach Peschiera geht man gemütlich 20 min. Valentina war sehr freundlich ( auch wenn sie kein Deutsch spricht ) und auch die anderern Hausbewohner ( Familie ) waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Waren morgens um 9 Uhr schon da, und obwohl wir erst ab 14 Uhr unser Check In hatten, kamen wir ohne zu zögern schon in das Apartement. Trotzdem gibt es ein kleines Manko. Fernsehen nur ARD und ZDF Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Marina u. Eddy

Tolles Objekt mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wer eine preisgünstige Unterkunft für Individuelle Feriengestaltung am Südufer vom Gardasee sucht,ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei irgendwelchen Problemen gerne behilflich.Für 3-4 Personen ist diese Wohnung ideal.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Lebensmittel,Tabakladen,Post)kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. fast Perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen sehr schön. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt. Die lautstärke der Hauptstraße störte manchmal etwas aber man war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am See. Valentina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Austattungsmäßig könnten noch etwas verbessert werden (Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck und vor allem waren keine Weingläser da und ein paar deutsche TV Programme sollten doch möglich sein). Preislich allerdings sehr gut. Vieleicht kommen wir nochmal wieder. Gruß an Valentina

Highly recommended

We've stayed with our 3 kids at Valentina's apartment. The apartment is spacy, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for traveling around Lake Garda. For those of you coming with a rented car there is plenty of parking space. Valentina is very nice and communicative.
