Fellfoot Cottage is a 19th century bobbin mill workers cottage in Staveley at the mouth of the Kentmere Valley, surrounded by stunning scenery.
The cottage has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted.
On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with original floorboards and a window seat, leading through to a dining kitchen.
The living room has two 2 seater sofas, TV, DVD player and games.
The kitchen has integrated appliances, quartz worktops, plenty of pots and pans to make stews to soufflés and a huge dining table.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a family bathroom.
Both bedrooms are carpeted and have hanging and drawer space. The front bedroom looks out onto the valley and Hugill Fell. The back bedroom overlooks the gardens and beyond the occasional grazing sheep. If you are lucky you may also spot deer.
Outside is an outhouse with a washer/dryer. The outhouse can also be used by guests for additional storage.
The private garden is detached from the house and accessed by a short shared path to the side and back of the outhouses. It is east facing and elevated so catches the sun for much of the day
