The semi-detached rural house is located in the middle of the countryside of Formentera,in Portosaler Area, near the beach of Cala Sahona. It has a large terrace / garden of 200 meters in an area of over 6000 m, with front and side views direct to the field, where one can enjoy a good meal or enjoy a wonderful dinner by candlelight or the light of sunset. Noted for its tranquility, silence, privacy and harmony of the rural environment. In the vicinity of the house you will found the beach cala Sahona (1.3km) and also San Francisco,s village,the more urban core of Formentera,( just 2km from the property) where we found almost everything needed for our vacation. Ideal for nature lovers and people seeking tranquility only accessible through charming rural dirt roads that evoke the not too distant past, simple and natural and combines portosaler with the rest of the island. Good trip across the sea and happy holidays.

Beautiful peaceful place

Maribel’s property is perfect for a peaceful stay on Formentera. Very well equipped and beautifully clean. She and her husband are both very friendly and helpful. My only criticisms were, that it wasn’t clear that the nearest beach is a 20 minute walk away, and that it was slightly less private than I’d imagined, in that Maribel and her husband both need to walk through the garden to get to their cars. Also, pre-season Cal Saona is not good for swimming owing to massive seaweed build-up. If you’re a walker - I am - the 40 minute walk into San Francesc is rather charming but be prepared!

Calma y paz

Acabamos de estar una semana en el alojamiento de Can Lluis y nos ha encantado! Era lo que buscábamos para descansar y relajarnos en la isla. Teníamos miedo de que al ser agosto, el calor y la isla abarrotada de gente fuese un inconveniente para que disfrutásemos de la estancia en Formentera, pero la tranquilidad de la casa ha ayudado a que todo fuese más agradable! Siempre era un placer llegar a la casa después de estar conociendo rincones maravillosos de la isla y tumbarte en el porche para leer un libro, tocar la guitarra y escuchar de fondo el canto de los pájaros y ver cómo salían los conejos de sus escondites al anochecer ;) Los atardeceres desde casa eran preciosos! El lugar se encuentra cerca de todo y a la vez puedes desconectar del barullo de los pueblos vecinos. La casa dispone de todo lo indispensable. La dueña, Maribel, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ofrecernos ayuda, contestando a nuestras preguntas sobre a dónde ir y qué planes hacer. Gracias por todo Maribel, ha sido un verdadero placer!

La casa tiene mucho encanto y bien acondicionada. La ubicación es perfecta si buscas la máxima paz y tranquilidad. Solo se oyen las cigarras. La playa (espectacular) queda a 3 minutos en coche. Ideal para hacer actividades acuaticas como buceo o kayak. Mis hijos y yo hamos quedado maravillados por la belleza de la isla, sus playas y oferta gastronómica. El trato con ls propietaria ha sido excepcional. Muy amable, cercana y atenta. Nos dió la bienvenida con unos dulces típicos de la isla y siempre se mostró dispuesta a ayudar y recomendar sitios clave que visitar. Repetiré seguro. Ha sido un placer

Vera Formentera

Una piccola e accogliente casa immersa nella campagna e allo stesso tempo raggiungibile facilmente. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, è perfetta per riscoprire la vera Formentera. È stato stupendo concedersi un aperitivo al tramonto sotto il pino in giardino e assaporare la pace che solo un posto così ti può dare.. In 5 minuti d’auto si raggiunge San Francesc. La proprietaria Maribel è proprio una brava persona, gentile, disponibile e riesce a farti sentire a casa.

Casita para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de Formentera

Casita no aislada pero muy tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. La propietaria vive al lado y lejos de ser un inconveniente te da tranquilidad. Cocina equipada, perfecta para poder hacerte desayunos y bocadillos. Porche, una mesa que mira al campo (lleno de conejos) en la que desayunar sin un solo ruido. Muy cerca de Cala Sahona, en bici a 5 minutos de los acantilados para ver la puesta de sol. Cerca de Sant Francesc (15 min en bici) donde se puede comprar pan recién hecho por las mañanas. TV con USB para poder llevar pelis. Mala cobertura, una maravilla! Las noches tranquilísimas, te despiertan los pajaritos. Los cielos estrellados con un vinito en el porche. Maribel siempre atenta por si necesitas algo. Repetiremos!

Es war ein Traum

Das Haus ist super zentral , sauber und einfach nur eine Ruhe Oase ;) Es ist 5 min mit dem Roller vom Strand und vom Supermarkt entfernt. Maribel ist eine tolle Frau , die sehr hilfsbereit ist! Vielen Dank maribel ❤️ Ich komme gerne wieder ;)

Peccato!!...

Location interessante, casetta carina, il peccato del titolo riguarda tutto il resto. All’arrivo la proprietaria ti da le chiavi è una posizione Google map introvabile. Ci arrivi prima o poi...chiedendo.. Entri in casa, e ti chiedi se quelli prima di te ci hanno fatto a botte...disordine e, non parliamo della pulizia, mi dispiace, ma una vergogna Stoviglie sparse in ogni luogo, appoggiate dove c’è posto (poco e sporco), morale, cucina, si fa per dire, inutilizzabile. Bagno!!..bagno??..ah già!!..ci sono ancora i rubinetti acqua calda acqua fredda divisi...per carità, nessun problema, non fosse che un adesivo ben visibile raccomanda, giustamente, di utilizzare con parsimonia la medesima...un 1/4 d’ora per centrare la temperatura... Il resto lo lascio ai prossimi avventori. Ripeto: PECCATO, con qualche piccola attenzione sarebbe da tornarci....ovviamente così NO... Grazie Maribel

El sitio ideal para disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la isla

Una casa acogedora y muy bien equipada ideal para disfrutar de la paz de la isla. La terraza es muy grande y la hamacas geniales para disfrutar de un buen libro! Maribel lo pone todo facil, nos enseñó el camino y la tienes a la casita de al lado por cualquier cosa. La recomendamos 100%.

perfect place for relaxed stay!

A nice and fully equipped house, located in an absolutely quiet and beautiful environment with a lovely and sunny terrace/ garden. Cala Sauna and San Francesc are only 5 minutes away by car. Maribel is a nice and uncomplicated host. Perfect place to stay!

Casetta tranquilla e accogliente

Casetta deliziosa per una famiglia con giardinetto attrezzato con veranda lettini sdraio e tavola per mangiare. Posizione ottima nei pressi di Cala Saona, vicinissimo a San Francesc Xavier. Siamo stati una settimana molto bene. La casa è attrezzata con lavatrice televisione e stoviglie. La proprietaria Maribel molto gentile e simpatica.

Para repetir cada año

Tranquilidad garantizada, 100% recomendable, la propietaria es un encanto. Es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Casa pequeña, perfecta para 2 personas, y opción de 2 niños, ya que en el 2° dormitorio hay 2 camitas chicas. Cocina y baño antiguos pero equipados con todo lo necesario. El porche es ideal para desayunar (los lagartos de la isla también se apuntan a los desayunos ;)) y cenar relajadamente. Aunque parezca difícil de encontrar, el camino se aprende rápido, y Maribel te guía si hace falta. Sin duda, intentaré volver cada año, y ahora que ya sé que hay almohada nueva, seguro repito.
