Penthouse Condo on the Beach with Amazing West and North Views

Our condo is the corner unit located on the 10th floor (11 stories up) with beautiful views to the west and north. Completely remodeled in a modern style with all high end furnishings.

Enjoy your private wrap around balcony as you have your coffee in the morning and see the dolphins swim by. Have fun at the pool, in the hot tub or on the beach as each is right outside your door. Spend the evening back on the balcony or on the beach enjoying a beautiful sunset! This is the best location in Madeira Beach as you have many restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Your condo has been completely renovated in 2018. It has two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master has a king size bed with a door wall that opens to the balcony so you can hear the gentle sounds of the surf as you fall asleep and wake up each morning! It also has an en suite with dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom that also has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.

There is lots of living space in your condo. Enjoy your favorite TV show or just watch the beautiful waves out on the gulf in your large living room that looks out over the gulf. If TV is not your thing, take a seat on your couch or in one of the chairs in the sitting room and read a book and enjoy the views to the north of the beach and the gulf. This room also provides beautiful views of the sunset each evening.

A gourmet kitchen with all high end stainless steel appliances and a large island that is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glasses and plates. Lots of cupboard space including a pantry with pull out shelves.

There is also a washer and dryer located in the laundry room off of the kitchen for your use.

You also have beach chairs, beach towels and noodles all available for your use during your stay.
