Penthouse Condo on the Beach with Amazing West and North Views

Your condo is the corner unit located on the 10th floor (11 stories up) with beautiful views to the west and north. Decorated in a modern style with all high end furnishings.

SPECIAL NOTE: Stay Tuned for updated pictures this fall, lots of updates to the property, new pool, new hot tub, completely redesigned grill area, totally remodeled entry lobby, new flooring in all hallways, and new pool bathrooms. Also the building has a whole new look as it was completely repainted.

Enjoy your private wrap around balcony as you have your coffee in the morning and see the dolphins swim by. Have fun at the pool, in the hot tub or on the beach as each is right outside your door. Spend the evening back on the balcony or on the beach enjoying a beautiful sunset! This is the best location in Madeira Beach as you have many restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Your condo is stylish and modern. It has two bedrooms and two full baths, plus a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master has a king size bed with a door wall that opens to the balcony so you can hear the gentle sounds of the surf as you fall asleep and wake up each morning! It also has an en suite with dual sink vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with an adjacent bathroom that also has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets.

Sitting room in the main living area also has a queen size murphy bed all stored in a cabinet.

There is lots of living space in your condo. Enjoy your favorite TV show or just watch the beautiful waves out on the gulf in your large living room that looks out over the gulf. If TV is not your thing, take a seat on your couch or in one of the chairs in the sitting room and read a book and enjoy the views to the north of the beach and the gulf. This room also provides beautiful views of the sunset each evening.

A gourmet kitchen with all high end stainless steel appliances and a large island that is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, glasses and plates. Lots of cupboard space including a pantry with pull out shelves.

There is also a washer and dryer located in the laundry room off of the kitchen for your use.

You also have beach chairs, beach towels all available for your use during your stay.

Excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating. Condo was very nice, spacious, modern and clean and had all supplies you could want. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. Central to restaurants, shopping, trails, etc. Building (not condo) maintenance needed improvement. Elevator, hottub and pool required repairs and the elevator can be heard going up and down from inside unit. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean, well appointed and fully stocked with supplies. Beds and furniture are all comfortable. Owner communication was above and beyond our expectations, especially with a little elevator hick-up we had midstay. In speaking with other renters “around the pool”, we received factual info regarding repairs which others received no communication. Main component of elevator has been replaced and it should be “good to go” for many years. A bit shout out to Justin the onsite maintenance man- he never stops working and is always willing to help. Owners and other renters were friendly and welcoming. You absolutely cannot beat this location and overall complex facilities.

The beach view was unobstructed and was fantastic! The pool pool deck of the condo building were well kept. Sitting on the pool deck was almost like being on the beach. The owners thought of many little things to make our stay wonderful. Fully stocked paper products, trash bags, things we might have forgotten (e.g., shaving cream, toothpaste, etc.) They had a cleaning service come in every two weeks to clean the condo, wash the bed linens. They were also very communicative about telling us of maintenance that might affect us (such as an elevator service a outage one morning). Tom & Deni also met us at the condo on the day we checked in and spent time going over features of the condo. They are pleasant and easy to work with.
