Perfectly located in the West End, next to Princes St, so very central and within easy walking distance from all touristic attractions, and most famous landmarks in Edinburgh.

One spacious bathroom with a walk in shower.
Open plan kitchen and living area with everything you require.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the sofa bed as we will need to provide extra linen and towels prior to your arrival.
