Dog friendly house by the beach with parking
This newly refurbished house set only a minutes walk from the beach enjoys sea views over Cardigan Bay. Equipped with all mod cons - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, USB ports in the table lamps, free WiFi and smart TV. A Separate shower in the bathroom adds to the guests comfort and enjoyment of their holiday. On site private parking in front of the house which is located in a quiet part of the town
This newly refurbished house has 2 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 4 guests. We also offer a travel cot and high chair. Set back from the main road, the surroundings are very quiet. We are pet friendly and although we do not allow pets upstairs or on the lounge furniture, we have a special ‘Pet Friendly Room’ allowing you to spend time and sleep with your furry friends should you wish. This room is on the ground floor next to the kitchen and has a sofa bed and dog basket for you and your pets' comfort. These are all included at no extra cost.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer. We also provide an iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. We have shoe racks in the entrance lobby. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating with a smart TV and free Wifi. There is also a dining table in one corner.
The front of the property is paved with a wooden picnic table and there is private parking for 2 cars.
The property is no smoking throughout.
Tywyn is situated in the scenic Dysynni Valley with the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia National Park, and Clustiau’r Mor is less than a minutes' walk from our award-winning blue flag beach and promenade where you can find plenty to do. Soak up the peace and solitude, relax on the sandy beaches, take a swim, admire the incredible sunsets and watch the dolphins swimming in the bay (seen daily from March to October), Tywyn is a perfect holiday destination overlooking panoramic views of Cardigan Bay. An ideal setting for beach lovers, sunseekers, walkers, hikers, birdwatchers or just for taking in the breath-taking scenery. There are miles of coastal and hillside walks for all age groups.
