Located in the picturesque valley of Alaró, at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, this charming stone villa offers an ideal environment to relax and enjoy nature. With a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a children's area and a ping-pong table, it is the perfect place to enjoy sunny days and spectacular views of the valley. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dinners, while the only sound you can hear is the singing of the birds.
Sleeping up to 8 people, the villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and 2 with single beds, as well as 4 bathrooms. The atmosphere is comfortable all year round thanks to air conditioning, fans and central heating.
Alaró is an ideal place for lovers of hiking and nature, with routes to the Alaró Castle, the picturesque village of Orient and other nearby destinations such as Valldemossa and Deià. The beaches of Palma and the rocky coves of the area are easily accessible.
With ample parking and a privileged location, Villa Can Domingo is the perfect refuge to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

Rules:
- This property is located in a residential area, so only responsible families or groups seeking tranquility will be accepted. Young groups will not be accepted.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish, you can smoke outside, making sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Keep order and cleanliness at all times.
- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors to prevent cold or hot air from escaping.
- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you wish to receive visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
Booking Conditions:
- Guests must pay a deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night, to be paid before arrival.
- Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €50, to be paid upon arrival.
- The cot is available on request at a cost of €10.00 per night.
