Enjoy Ermioni! Live like a local!
Built 2021 the famous Rock Villa, named out of the live mountain inside, it has direct connection to the sea immediate sea view to Dokos and a 6 seater jacuzzi. You need no car for cafes & restaurants just few meters away. Order home delivery and enjoy your villa luxury
Parking: There is free public parking on the street in front of the villa or anywhere nearby.
The villa area is so quiet. Also the boat owners/renters can park & watch their yacht in front of the villa with access to water and electricity pilar.
There are several beaches few minutes away, (Godai Seascape, Paralia Bourloto, Kouverta, Lepitsa)
Villa has got good privacy
This house has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. Extra €50/person upto total 8p.
For your convenience, we offer premium guy Laroche linen, including sheets and towels, and beach towels along with shampoo and shower gel, sleepers and toothbrush. There’re also quilts and blankets and a sofa cover. There is a crib & high-chair for young visitors.
Kitchen is fully equipped inc even squeezer, a toaster, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and you also get coffee, tea, fruits and sweets as a starter. Equipped with fire extinguishers too
Solar water heater for abundant hot water and in case of cloudy days just press “HOT WATER” on the electric panel
There's a kitchenette upstairs with coffee machine, mini bar and sink, serving comfortably the veranda table.
60” tv inside & 55” outside over the jacuzzi, internet access and free Netflix available

There's a double sofa-bed in the living room where another 2 people can sleep for an extra Є50/person
Extra cleaning €15/hr
Extra towel change €10 for 2 sets
Extra sheets change €20 per double bed
Pets are allowed only after our confirmation. Owners are responsible to respect House Rules regarding pets not on beds & couch! Extra charge €50 for disinfection
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
