About this property

You will love this furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We are located directly by the pool and courtyard.

We have tile flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and contains pots/pans and dishes for cooking.

Full size washer and dryer is provided inside unit.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with spacious connecting bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own bath.

If You Are Looking for a Good Deal Close to the Beach - You have found it!

Located about a mile from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the public beach area. We are a block away from restaurants, Acme Oyster and Tacky Jacks. Wal-Mart is just a few blocks away with Publix across the street from condo.

There is lots of shopping, golfing, concerts, fishing, boating and any kind of water sports you may desire.

Great location, quiet and close to Publix

We loved our stay at Tommy's place. It was super clean, the bedrooms are a good size. I loved being so close to the grocery store, I walked over there one morning. Great central location. The master bath is super nice and spacious. We cooked at our place a lot and had everything we needed with utensils, just be sure to bring your own seasonings and things! Great stay! d spacious

Luved property except king size bed was very uncomfortable felt like sleeping on a rock i hope owners upgraded king size bed to pillow top would be great check in was issue but owners made it right for the delay the room wasn't ready we was really tired after travel for Louisiana to Alabama from beach to food had us drained im sure it won't happen like that again other than that room was perfect close to Walmart n everything walking distance to groceries store

Nice and easy

We enjoyed it all except the lack of paper towels, cutting board in the kitchen and one of us was hoping to sleep sitting up in a recliner chair. Everything was fine.

could have been better

First night we were could as the furnace was not working. It was fixed the next day. Never met our host and did not receive the door code until we arrived and made a phone call. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and the recliner was broken, if you sat in it you were tilted. We left earlier than planned because the bed was not comfortable due to the plastic mattress cover which made it too warm. Would not be able to recommend this unit.

Budget family friendly great location

Property is located minutes from the ocean. Walking distance to Walmart. The area offers historical places to visit. If your here for food anything you can think of is a short drive away. Meeting friendly people is as easy as stepping out the door. Laid back atmosphere in area and southern charm is always present. We are already booking a return visit.

Relax and enjoy.

We have stayed here twice and hope to again. Comfortable and convient. We fish and swim in the pool and go to the beach. Owner has always replied promptly. Very nice place to stay.

Comfy home

Very nice and clean, could have stocked more toilet paper, we ran out only had 1 roll per bath,,kitchen deposal was stoped up maintenance came said it was fixed but wasn’t ,I searched out the problem myself and found a coin in it that was keeping the blades from moving, after removing it which by the way looked like it had been there for a while by it’s beat up appearance,, the problem was solved deposal was fine, other than this we enjoyed our stay, would stay here again, Tommy was very nice

Amazing place

Not on the beach but a 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk. Right by the pool. The condo itself was clean and inviting. Will definitely stay again

This was a great spot for a beach vacation in Gulf Shores, AL

Everything was as expected if not better. The check in process was easy via a message with the key code to the door lock. The condo was nice and cool when we got there. No surprises, the place was just as pictured. It’s tucked away from the main road. Quiet at night. Very close to many tourist attractions including the beach. Well lit parking area at night. No riff raff. Very comfortable for my family of four. The bed in the master bedroom was a little stiff for our liking. That’s my only negative and that honestly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. Overall excellent experience.

Amazingly clean condo! Smelled amazing when we checked in. Very conveniently located. Just 5 min usted away from the local beaches. A very quiet complex. The condo had everything we needed with the exception of a blender. We will be staying here again!

The property was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. You really couldn't go wrong. Very nice and spacious, had a washer and dryer. Full kitchen. The floors could have been cleaned better and the comforters did need washing (we just folded them down and did not use them), but the sheets were clean. Overall we were pleased with the price and would stay again.

Very nice property. Great location. Only issue was we received a "love letter" from the residents above the unit. Apparently they don't like the bathroom fan left on. Oops.

Perfect gulf shores rental

Everything was perfect with rental great location quite safe area. We got a note taped to our front door from neighbors above us telling us to keep our bathroom vent off and all ceiling fans!!!!!!! 😳 this made me a little upset because we have to sleep with fans to be comfy. I paid for a rental for a couple days and an the above neighbor was trying to tell me I can’t utilize our ceiling fans. Otherwise that great place

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s located close to restaurants and grocery stores and only 5 minutes from the beach ! The owner was quick to respond to calls/texts. We had a great visit and definitely will book this condo again !
