Fabulous Accommodation
Great location and fabulous private accommodation which is obviously well serviced. Check in process wasn’t the easiest as couldn’t initially get the key to open the door and requires a bit of toing and ceiling with no emergency number to call, and all at the end of a long day travelling to get there. Also no details on the coins used for the air conditioning system, but thankfully there was still a days worth of credit in the system. Overall, great location, fab accommodation and really well catered for. Just the check in, general lack of info and no emergency number that could be improved.

Massive let down
Firstly none of the locks worked and no keys fitted the doors which were unlocked. Then the floors throughout were filthy, we had black feet just walking through the rooms. No useable kitchen utensils all the cooking knives were broken and useless. One of the ground floor bed frames was broken and the bed was unsafe to use, so one of us has to sleep in a sofa bed. Everything was reported to the owner agent and despite several promises to rectify this never happened at all. The smell around the area whilst farmland, we did not know about this aspect. There was supposed to be a dishwasher, there wasn't. The A/C was coin operated and expensive to use in 34deg heat, this was not advised until after full payment for the stay has been taken. Most worrying was one of the swimming pool light units was hanging off he wall of the pool in the water ! Absolutely nothing of help from the contact. I could literally go on a d on about the bad things. The only good thing was 2e only has to put up with it for 5 nights. We have stayed in villas and houses many times all over the world and this property was the worst we've ever stayed in.
