About this property
63a bell street · Dolls House - Luxury Townhouse
Beautiful dog friendly townhouse that sleeps up to 10 guests with outdoor dining courtyard and BBQ, conveniently situated in the very heart of Henley-On-Thames, a short walk from the waterfront.
This beautifully maintained townhouse is ideally located on a quaint street in the centre of Henley-On-Thames, the picturesque market town famous for the Henley Regatta. The property is perfect for a larger family or a groups wanting a relaxing break or to attend the world famous regatta.
This charming home is beautifully decorated throughout in an electic, classic and cosy style. The back door leads directly into the bootroom where you can store your bikes, buggies, wellington boots, golf equipment or kayaks/canoes. It has a washing machine, a wet room/shower and a WC. Through the front door off the high street you'll find the first living room, a cosy space with two big sofas, one of which opens up into a double bed. It gives you an immediate taste of how lovely the decor is throughout with pale walls adorned with lovely framed pieces of art.
The second living room has a huge snug L-shaped sofa and is perfect for settling into a movie on the flat screen smart TV with a big glass of red and some popcorn. More art and little ornaments are dotted around giving this space a really homely but stylish vibe. There's a second downstairs toilet between the two living rooms so no queuing necessary!
The dining area at the far end of the living room has a large wooden dining table with seating for eight and is perfect for a chilly night in. But if the weather permits you'll want to open the french doors, let the sun stream through, and dine in the leafy stone-walled courtyard. Whether you decide to cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen's double oven or fire up the BBQ, this spot is just right for lazy eating with bottles of chilled wine and good company.
The kitchen has a fab stone tiled floor and is spacious as well as being, like the rest of the place, thoughtfully decorated. You can make that first coffee of the day with the Nespresso machine and enjoy it in the courtyard with the morning sun kissing your face.
On the first floor you'll find two bright and airy bedrooms, both elegant and pretty, one with twin beds and one king-sized. There's also a family bathroom on this floor with a separate bath and shower cubicle.
On the third floor you'll find the final two bedrooms as lovely as the ones on the first floor and again, with one super-king and one king-sized. This king-sized also boasts its own en-suite with a shower.
If you don't fancy cooking, the nearby Bull pub offers room service so why not take a night off and get dinner delivered. The front door leads directly into the town centre where you'll find gallons of independent restaurants and pubs and the town is also crammed full of fabulous boutique shops. The River Thames is a few minutes' walk from the house and if you're feeling fancy you can hire boats, canoes and kayaks.
