Ancient stone farmhouse adjacent to the main farmhouse dating back to the seventeenth century, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico on the side of a slope with breathtaking views over the Val d'Elsa. Luxuriously renovated and furnished, equipped with every comfort, it is located in such a way as to guarantee absolute privacy. On the ground floor living room with fireplace and kitchenette, French sofa bed, on the mezzanine double bedroom with large wardrobe and desk floor, bathroom with shower, utility room.

Outside there is a large garden with a marble table and wrought iron benches (for exclusive use), the access to the property's splendid swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth from 30 cm to 240 cm) and to covered parking is reserved.

The house is equipped with all comforts: WIFI connection, television, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, CITIZ Nespresso coffee machine, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning in the bedroom and independent heating system. Barbecue

Cipressini 2 is strategically located inside the Castellaccio, a 4-hectare property where olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation alternate. The guests are given the opportunity to enjoy sunny or naturally shaded spaces by centuries-old oaks with a view of picturesque views, typical of the Chianti landscape. In the area surrounding the pool or in a more private area, relaxation islands furnished in full harmony with the surrounding nature. The proximity to the town of Castellina in Chianti offers easy access to all kinds of services and a varied choice of food and wine experiences. The famous cities of art, Siena, 30 min. and Florence 40 min. by car, are the most visited destinations by our guests, but also the proximity to San Gimignano, the Val d'Orcia, Montalcino - just to mention the most famous locations - and the Maremma coast offers the opportunity to plan unforgettable day trips.

The village of Castellina in Chianti is about 2 km far from the property, Siena about 20 km (about 25 minutes by car), Florence 36 km (about 35 minutes by car). Florence Santa Maria Novella Station can be reached in about 45 min. by car, Florence Peretola Airport in about 45 min.

Coming from the North, the recommended exit from the Florence - Siena highway is San Donato in Poggio, coming from the South, the recommended exit is Badesse. From Milan the average travel time is about 3h30, from Rome it is about 2h30.
