Echegaray III apartment in Madrid

This property is located just a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Retiro Park are just a few minutes' walk away.

This area offers a wide culinary offering, as well as many leisure options and shops. Well-connected to any area of the city.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift and disabled access.
It has capacity for 8 people and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spacious and cosy, it has all the amenities to guarantee maximum comfort.

The main bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite marble bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe to store all belongings. The third bedroom is equipped with a 150cm double bed.

All these rooms overlook an interior courtyard, to ensure rest.
The kitchen is separate from the other rooms, thus providing comfort and tranquillity to guests and has a large pantry.
The living room has a balcony to the outside and has two sofas, one of which is convertible into a bed, and a lovely dining table.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be done at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be done in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to access to the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
