This apartment is located in the Usera district, just a few metres from the Legazpi metro station.
Located on the banks of the Manzanares River, it is close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a bike lane and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, and the Matadero Museum, a space that hosts shows and contemporary exhibitions.
Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre.

This apartment has two bedrooms, can accommodate six people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The living room is an open space with a fresh decor, a sofa bed and a nice dining table.
The modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped.
The bathroom has storage space and a shower cubicle.
The main bedroom is very bright, has an external window and has a double bed and good storage capacity thanks to its wardrobes and a lift-up bed.
The second bedroom, also with an external window, has two single beds.
The apartment is located in a building with a lift. It has WiFi connection and heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment.
