Half House was a great place to stay in the middle of the countryside.
Half House was a great place to stay in the middle of the countryside. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped, nice bedding and towels. A few things could do with updating but that was the charm about the place, a much loved home and great value for money.

The outside doesn’t reveal what a little gem it is on the inside
From the outside half house looks quite ordinary but once inside it’s a totally different story . Clean , welcoming and spacious. Plenty of storage . Extremely well equipped kitchen and a beautiful upstairs lounge with books , vinyls and record player, tv and games . I can’t fault it . We were very fortunate to see an incredible night sky because there is so little light pollution. It’s well positioned for many local attractions such as reindeer feeding , quad biking, cream tea on the train and much more . Thank you Half House you helped make this a very memorable holiday .
