Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a first-floor sitting room with terrace access. Outside there is a garden with patio, lawn and furniture and a first-floor sun terrace with external spiral stairs to the ground-floor, along with ample off-road parking. Town: Llanaber is a village resting on the coast of Wales, just north of Barmouth and south of Harlech. The beach at Llanaber is rarely crowded, is clean and flat and perfect for families seeking space for beach games and kite flying. The nearby town of Barmouth is a popular spot as is the wonderful Eryri National Park (Snowdonia).
