Wonderful duplex in center of Malaga. Larios II

The wonderful Larios II duplex is located in a historic building in the heart of Malaga, on Calle Strachan, just a step away from the famous Calle Larios. The building has been completely renovated and decorated with great detail. An apartment with high ceilings and spacious rooms.

Upon entering the apartment we find a short entrance hallway open to the magnificent living room, a spacious room with high ceilings and original wooden beams from the construction of the house. The living room has a dining area with designer furniture that makes it very cozy, and a comfortable living area with a TV and a double sofa-bed, which gives the apartment the capacity of up to 8 people.

From the dining room we continue and we find on the right a small toilet, on the left the stairs to access the upper floor and in front a corridor that leads to a spacious, modern and bright fully equipped kitchen, with a large pantry and a laundry room.

Going up the stairs to the upper floor we find a very bright, exterior L-shaped corridor with large windows where the 3 exterior bedrooms are located. On the left we are the main bedroom with a 180x200 bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite outdoor bathroom with a bathtub.

In the middle of the corridor we find a complete bathroom with a shower, and around the corridor are the other 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds of 90x200 and the other one with 1 bed of 135x200, both very cozy and with built-in wardrobes.

The apartment is located in the heart of Malaga, close to all the monuments, museums and tourist attractions in the area, as well as restaurants, cafes, tapas bars and all kinds of shops and stores. The cathedral is just a 2 minute walk away and Calle Larios is just 1 minute away. Without a doubt, a privileged situation to get to know the city.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
