Beatrice House is a SINGLE INDEPENDENT Villa SEA VIEW surrounded by greenery at 3 min. drive away from the beach of Santa Margherita, 5 min from pleasant and bustling town of Pula and 10 min. from the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia (Chia, Abamar, Capo Spartivento, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, etc.).Veranda of 40 sqm, equipped with table and 8 chairs, rattan lounge.Huge backyard and equipped with barbecue, rocking .4 drinking fountains, outdoor shower (hot and cold), outdoor kitchen, washhouse .2 hammocks, children's area with several games (Carman, slide, swing, treciclo, etc). On the back the beautiful age-old carob. Trees and lit. All within a 7-hectare estate.Video intercom.
The House consists of: kitchen (tv, microwave, fridge + freezer, radio, oven), 3 bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Mosquito nets in all openings. Safe. We are also available for free: highchair, hair dryer, Ironing Board, 3 bikes + bicycle helmets, beach umbrella, beach toys. Woodburning stove. Welcome animals but away from home. Deposit 200 euro.

Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und Vermieter unfreundlich
Ameisenstraße durch das Wohnzimmer, Schimmel im Bad, modrige Möbel, keine Fahrräder mehr vorhanden, Outdoorküche fehlte. Kaution wurde erst nach unzähligen Nachfragen und dank Druck von fewo-direkt nach 2 Monaten zurück bezahlt, obwohl es keine Mängel gab.

natur pur
Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt ist hier richtig.Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche , wurden von den Vögeln geweckt und vom Frosch in den Abend begleitet.Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Die Strände um Chia sind wie in der Karibik und es läßt sich so gut wandern an den Küsten.In Pula kann man sehr gut essen und den Markt am Sonntag Morgen in Cagliari sollte man nicht vepassen.

meditativer Ort
Ein wunderschöner Ort, einsam und völlig ruhig am Berghang gelegen. Beeindruckend morgens der Duft nach Eukalyptus und Pinie, manchmal Fenchel. Fast ein meditativer Ort. Bester, unglaublich freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter, Michela und Germano. Gute Einweisung in das Haus, alles ist vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Very nice!
The two of us stayed two weeks in this lovely house. We had a very good time because the house offered everything we need: quiet area (beside some dogs, barking at night), beautiful view, everything in the house you need to have a comfortable life. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Price-quality is absolutely good.

Tolle Lage in der Natur - Erholung garantiert
Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Mai 2014 im Casa Beatrice verbracht: wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ( 6 und 1) und 2 Hunden. Von der Ankunft an haben wir uns im Haus wohlgefühlt. Dazu beigetragen hat zunächst der schöne Empfang mit Einweisung durch den Vermieter Germano, die Kommunikation auch vor Urlaubsbeginn war perfekt. Das Haus hat einen riesigen Garten, 2 Terrassen und liegt inmitten der Natur ca. 3 km vom Meer entfernt. Durch die erhöhte Lage ist der Meerblick garantiert. Man befindet sich inmitten der Natur, Ruhe und Erholung sind garantiert! Die Umgebung ist ländlich geprägt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt notwendig ist, besonders unsere Kinder haben von den vielen Spielsachen profitiert und der Garten war der größte Abenteuerspielplatz! Ein netter Gastgeber, ein schönes Haus in für uns perfekter Umgebung-von unserer Seite jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und Willkommen gefühlt
Dieses Casa sowie seine Besitzer ist eine echte Herzensangelegenheit. Es ist alles mit Liebe eingerichtet, unabhängig, ruhig und zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit gewesen. Eine Oase der Ruhe mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Die Vermieter haben einem dieses Haus überreicht mit den Worten, das ist jetzt alles euch für die nächste Woche. Ihr dürft alles benutzen, im Garten Kräuter pflücken und das Obst ernten, wenn ihr möchtet. Der Rundum-Meerees-Blick von der Terasse ist einmalig, die Sonnenaufgänge waren ein Traum. Ganz ehrlich, Casa Beatrice ist sehr empfehlenswert und vielleicht waren wir nicht das letzte Mal dort. Auch ein Dank an die "Mama" von Silke & Dede

Il paradiso dei bambini
Casa ideale per chi ha dei bimbi piccoli come noi! Attrezzata per tutto, con un giardino fatto a misura di bambino e per il riposo dei "poveri" genitori! Punto strategico per raggiungere in poco tempo le bellissime spiagge. Una lode particolare va al proprietario Germano che con la sua cordialità e disponibilità ti fa sentire proprio a casa. Urlaub in Familie
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne woche im Casa Beatrice. Alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Es war genug Geschirr vorhanden sowie alles weitere in der Küche. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Ruhe und den schönen Ausblick genossen.

casa nella natura
casa beatrice è situata in posto tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti da negozi e dalle spigge più belle! La casa è ideale per famiglie con bambini che possono godersi la vacanza in totale libertà anche grazie ai giochi esterni. A noi è risultata comodissia la doccia esterna e i nostri pranzi e cene si sono svolte unicamente all esterno.proprietari gentilissimi pronti a venirci incontro per ogni nostro desiderio! Vacanza stupenda, consigliamo a tutti casa beatrice!

Maison très agréable et t...
Maison très agréable et tranquille , sans voisin proche. Vue magnifique , montagne et mer au loin.La terrasse ombragée est très agréable et le jardin bien aménagé (hamacs, barbecue, jeux pour enfants, bassin avec poissons et grenouilles.).Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et très serviables en cas de besoin.Idéal pour des vacances reposantes!

maison tranquille, idéale avec enfants
si vous aimez la campagne, c'est ici qu'il faut venir en vacances. Maison au milieu d'oliviers, abricotiers etc... Bien équipée ( il manque des bols pour le petit déjeuner). De très belles plages à proximité ( Chia, Teulada etc...). Région magnifique. Daniel / Bernadette

un luogo perfetto per la famiglia
Ci siamo goduti la vacanza dal 1 al 17 giugno, è stata una vacanza stupenda. La casa e molto confortevole e accogliente, 10 minuti in auto da Pula. Ideale per la famiglia con i bambini, mia figlia era molto contenta. L'alloggio e' veramente in posizione strategica rispetto alle piu belle spiagge della costa.La casetta a 2km dal mare era davvero comoda e tranquilla con una bella vista mare.

A nice little villa!
We rented this little villa with a baby and it is just perfect. A lot of place around, beautiful sea-sight, very quiet, perfect equipped, everything you need is in the house. There is even a little playground for a baby or toddler. A perfect and friendly welcome of the owners. And last but not least very cheap. Highly recommended

Excellente location dans un cadre splendide!
La maison est jolie, tout confort avec un immense jardin donc très calme. Elle est très bien située puisqu'elle est à quelques mn en voiture de plages agréables et de Pula: ville sympathique et animée (même hors saison). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et même s'ils parlent peu le français, on s'est compris sans problème. Bref, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons cette location avec des enfants (car beaucoup de jeux et jouets!).
