Indeed the Great Calmness

It is the most beautiful holiday cottage we have stayed in. You are surrounded by nature including water, trees, fields, and sheep. Within minutes of arriving, you feel a relaxation and calm. The wood-fired sauna right on the water is a joy. And the host, Peter, is kind and very interesting to talk with.

Beautiful hide away with silence around

Great place with very short walk to the nearby lake, located within a forest. You can see all the stars from the milky way at night. The house itself is very clean and provides modern design. Fully equipped with many more kitchen utensils than in our houses we had stay in.

Fantastisk sted med unik beliggenhed

Vi havde fem overnatninger i dette skønne hus, og alt levede op til vores forventninger, og på flere områder oversteg det dem. Huset er fint og funktionelt og indeholder alt, hvad man har brug for, og naturen er bare skøn. Tak til Peter for godt værtsskab.

Amazing!

There were four of us (2 couples) spontaneously traveling to Sweden and were allowed to stay at short notice. Everything was perfectly prepared and clean. The location is incredible and the host has given a lot of thought to the construction of the entire facility. The sauna with a view of the lake was only one of the highlights. The kitchen is very inviting for cooking. The lake is also very rich in fish and we caught fish every day. You can easily find your peace on this beautiful piece of earth. We will be back! Perfekter Urlaub

Super schönes Haus in Alleinlage am See mit allem was man braucht. Peter, der Vermieter, hat uns nett empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Den Privatstrand mit den Kajaks und dem Boot vermissen wir jetzt schon.

Stille Ferien

Die Lage des Hauses ist das herausragende Merkmal. Man weit genug weg von allem was permanent Geräusche machen könnte. Oft saßen wir einfach nur auf der Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See (wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge) und hörten nur das leichte Rauschen der Bäume, das Wasser, wenn etwas Wind ging und ab und zu eine Möwe oder ein Greifvogel. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist rustikal, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Mit den vorhandenen Booten und Fahrrädern kann man sehr gut aktiv werden, wenn man will, muss man das Hais und das Gelände gar nicht verlassen um sich zu erholen.Top Urlaub, sehr erholsam.

Idyllisch gelegenes und wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit top Features

Alles in allem genossen wir (zwei Familien mit je ca. 1 Jahr alten Kindern) einen großartigen Urlaub an einem herrlichen Fleck Schwedens. Der See, das Haus, die Umgebung: alles fügt sich hier zusammen und ergibt ein Gesamtkunstwerk. Der Gastgeber ist höflich, freundlich und macht alles, damit man einen gelungenen Aufenthalt hat. Das Haus ist schwedische Architektenkunst per Excellence - Highlights sind hier die Terrasse (insbesondere die Aussicht auf den See und den Sonnenuntergang), das offene Dach und der geräumige, helle Wohn- und Essbereich. Ebenso wurde bei der Ausstattung nicht gerade gespart: Eine Sauna am See, 2 Kayaks, ein Kanu, ein Boot (inkl. elektrischer Außenborder!), Fahrräder, Grill und vieles mehr machen es möglich, dass man nicht weit in der Gegend umher fahren muss, um eine tolle Zeit zu haben. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen möchte!

Awesome and unforgettable

The house, the place, we loved it! The contact with the owner, Peter, was very pleasent. The weather was changeable, Peter came with all kinds of great tips for fun activities and sights in the ares. One of the toilets became clogged but this was resolved immediately. We had such a fantastic time and certainly hope to come back again. Rensche, Patrick and Siem

Fantastic Place

Beautiful clean house at a beautiful lake. The Next neighbour is 1 km away. Great place to Go fishing on the boat, swimming, kayaking, etc. The Perfect vacation in Sweden.

Wunderschönes Haus am See

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr durchdacht. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Hängematte im Wohnzimmer war echt toll. Peter als Gastgeber sehr nett und hat uns bei Fragen schnell geholfen. Gern wieder.

Me and my friends were looking for a house in the forrest, close to a lake, and with a sauna. And Peters amazing lake house, and personally designed sauna, did much more than satisfy what we were looking for! We can't wait to come back again in the future!

Dream stay in complete peace

Autumn in Småland

Lovely house in the middle of nature. The lake is beautiful, our children were very fascinated about the sheaps around the house. We used the different kind of boats and the enjoyed the silence and the nature a lot. Peter was very courteous and helpful! You can feel to soul of the house and the thoughts that Peter had. It would be nice to have more space for clothes. In the first floor we had to leave the clothes in the luggage.

Majestic lakeside sanctuary

This was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. The house itself is charming and practical, with all the comforts to make it a home away from home. The land is very private with beautiful views of the lake. We loved hanging out by the private beach, dipping in and out of the sauna and lake, boating around and exploring the islands. There's so much to do, and hardly a better way to immerse yourself in nature. Peter was also a very welcoming and accommodating host. We hope to come back again in the future!

The great calmness

A place to come down....All our expectations and images in our minds were more than fulfilled. We had a place in paradise with a special and beautiful lake house, with a view and such great peace and quiet. Simply indescribable. We could row and paddle boats on the lake, cycle and hike. We especially enjoyed Peter's visit and the nice conversation. We got to know and love Sweden and will definitely come back.

Schweden pur

Wir hatten das wunderbare und helle Haus für 19 Tage wir waren vier Erwachsene. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, die mit einer Tür zu verschließen sind. Eines davon ist sehr klein (ca. 5qm). Platz für Kleidung ist nur in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden (Kleiderschrank). Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das vierte „Schlafzimmer“ ist im offenen Dachgiebel (Schlafcouch beim TV). Die Schafe sind zeitweise auf dem Gelände, mitsamt deren Geräuschen und Hinterlassenschaften. Rund um das Haus ist ein elektrischer Zaun, um sie auf Abstand zu halten. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell. Es ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet (große Herdplatte, Wasch-Trockner, Smart-TV, Mikrowelle usw.). Die zwei Duschen funktionieren sogar gleichzeitig (parallel) sehr gut. Die Lage ist einmalig, extrem ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den See. Keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Blaubeeren und Pilze rund um das Haus in Hülle und Fülle (Mitte August). Peter ist sehr schnell erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter.

Unglaublich

Bei der Ankunft hatte bereits der Wald etwas märchenhaftes. Das Haus und der blick zum See sowie der See hat und weiter verzaubert. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub am See Kösen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Atmosphäre, grosses Haus am See mit Allem was einen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Mitten in der Natur, viel Privatsphäre, ein Boot zum Angeln, ein Kanu, eine Sauna und ein sehr netter Gastgeber.
