10 Tage Entspannung

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, direkt an der Strandpromenade. In der Umgebung gibt es super Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Francesco hat uns viele Tips gegeben, wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, Gold wert. Parkplätze sind nicht direkt an der Wohnung aber immer maximal 5 Minutem fußläufig entfernt, findet man eine Parkmöglichkeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Familie Mladenovic

Einfach, aber top

Einfach eingerichtete Wohnung, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage gleich am Strand und etwas ausserhalb des grossen Rummels ist perfekt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage

Es ist eine neu renovierte, sehr schöne und schnuckelige Ferienwohnung. Bei der Ausstattungen würde ich noch erwähnen, dass eine Waschmaschine und Handtücher vorhanden sind. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt gegenüber vom Strand und Cafés/Restaurants. Als kleinen Nachteil würde ich lediglich die etwas schwierige Parksituation benennen. Wir haben ca 750m zum Parkplatz laufen müssen, wo unser Auto stand. Vielen Dank, war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Gute Zeit in Ceriale

Wir wurden sehr nett von Fracesco empfangen und mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge rund um Ceriale versorgt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, die Ausstattung der Küche ok. Bis zum Meer sind es maximal 30 m. Wer im Urlaub TV benötigt, sollte des Italienischen mächtig sein, da es ausschließlich italienische Sender gibt. Das Einzige was uns wirklich gefehlt hat sind Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern.

Nice appartment with perfect location

The modern appartment is located directly next to the beach and is furthermore a perfect base for the exploration of the region. The flat is very modern with a spacious bath and all the amenities one could require. Francesco is a very nice host and gave us great tips for trips and good spots to eat and enjoy our stay.

Wonderful location, the beach is literally in front of the apartment. The place is clean and modern. Kitchen has only the bear essentials, the bathroom is missing hooks where to hang towels especially near the shower.

Optimale Lage

Neue, schicke Wohnung in Nähe des Meeres mit ruhigem, kleinem Balkon nach hinten. Mehrere Dinge sollten vorab noch geklärt werden: -Wo kann der Müll tatsächlich entsorgt werden (das Nachbarhaus macht Ärger) -die Wohnungstüre muss beim Verlassen abgeschlossen werden, sieht nur zu aus, kann aber ansonsten aufgedreht werden -Fahrräder können schwer untergebracht werden

Appartamento perfetto

Posizione invidiabile a due passi dal mare e dal centro, nuovo in tutto, climatizzato, comodissimo. Un piccolo suggerimento aumentare un po la dotazione di appoggi per la camera ed il bagno cmq sono veramente inezie, appartamento spettacolare, check-in semplice foriero di ogni tipo di consiglio per vivere appieno questo angolo di Liguria.

Appartamento nuovissimo con qualche rifinitura da perfezionare

La premessa è che sono molto soddisfatto dell'appartamento, che è in una posizione strategica molto vicino alla spiaggia ma comunque piuttosto silenzioso; è inoltre nuovo e dotato di più o meno tutto il necessario anche per chi come me ha fatto un uso abbastanza intenso della cucina. Ci sono però un paio di aspetti che andrebbero sistemati assolutamente; uno è l'apertura del bagno sulla sala che necessita di un vetro per ristabilire la privacy che dovrebbe esserci in quell'area della casa e secondo il ripiano di vetro sopra alla cappa che è ad una altezza tale per cui, per chi come me è alto circa 180cm, è molto pericoloso in quanto, muovendosi nei pressi della cucina si rischiano continue testate anche semplicemente girando la testa. Consiglio di toglierlo o spostarlo più in alto anche perchè non se ne capisce l'utilità. Le altre possibili rifiniture riguardano invece la mancanza di mensole od armadietti sia sopra la cucina che in bagno dove non ci sono appunto ripiani dove appoggiare i vari accessori (anche in doccia). Sul piano cucina e nelle vicinanze si nota inoltre la mancanza di una presa elettrica che potrebbe essere utile. Per finire potrebbe essere utile anche uno stendipanni di quelli richiudibili da poter mettere eventualmente anche sull'ampio balcone disponibile.

Nice, new appartment, perfect for beach holidays

We were the first guests in this appartment and the reception and check-in with Francesco were very smooth. There were still a few things missing in the appartment but those were brought to us the same day we asked for them. Otherwise everything is as in the description. Quiet location (street not heavily used). The kitchen is fully equipped but only with the basics. WiFi is available and was usually working well. There are (usually) free parking spots available for unloading but finding a free parking spot for longer than 1-2 hours is difficult and usually only possible within 5 minutes by foot. There are three different (small) free public beaches within less than 3 minutes by foot, so this place is ideal for beach holidays. Also tons of restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket.
