Nice flat in Pájara, just a few minutes from the beach of La Lajita. Bright, with capacity for two people, Internet Wifi, terrace and all the amenities you may need. Situated in a very quiet area but at the same time close to the centre of the village and the Oasis Park Zoo. With very good connections to reach the beaches of Jandia, Sotavento and Costa Calma in a few minutes by car.

It is ideal for couples as it has capacity for 2 people, with a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room that connects to a large terrace where you can sunbathe or disconnect after a day at the beach. The flat also has Wifi Internet and all the necessary amenities.
It is situated only a few minutes walk from the beach of La Lajita and the Oasis Park. It is also a great connection to the beaches of Jandía, Sotavento and Costa Calma.

Buen apartamento para unos días en Fuerteventura

Lugar muy tranquilo. No se escuchaba nada, inmejorable para descansar. Muy limpio. Dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar en cuanto a utensilios de cocina, el baño y demás… Estuvimos una semana y quizás sería bueno dejar un cambio de toallas de baño. Por otro lado una de las almohadas no era nada cómoda. De resto todo perfecto.

Alles viel zu eng!

Fangen wir mit dem Badezimmer/WC an. Auf der Toilette sitzend kann ein normal gewichtiger und beweglicher Mensch unmöglich an den Toilettenpapierhalter gelangen. Es ist alles zu eng und es gibt nicht viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche muss mann sehr sparsam dosieren, da sonst der Ablauf überfordert ist. Schlafzimmer: Für 2 erwachsene Personen ein Bett mit einer Matratze von 200 x 120 cm geht garnicht. Zum Glück war noch ein Klappbett vorhanden. Passte so gerade noch in den Raum. Das Kopfteil vom Bett war lose. Wohn und Esszimmer. Tiefe des Raumes ca. 300 cm, Breite ca. 300 cm. Das 2sitzer Sofa sah aus als wäre es frisch vom Sperrmüll. Die Sitzfläche ließ ein normales Sitzen gar nicht zu. Weitere Sitzgelegenheit: ein Bistrotisch mit 3 Metallstühlen. (Auch nicht gerade komfortabel.) Fernseher ließ deutschsprachige Programme nicht zu. Es wurde extra darauf hingewiesen am Receiver nichts zu verstellen. Küche: sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien minimalistisch. Herd hatte 2 Platten. Die Töpfe durften aber nicht zu groß sein. Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank waren okay. Balkon: war zwar groß…konnte aber nicht gut genutzt werden, da Die Sonne nur in der Zeit von ca. 10.00 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr vorhanden war. Ansonsten sehr windig und kalt. Die ganze Wohnung wirkte ziemlich vernachlässigt. (Setzungsrisse im Putz, in den Fliesen, altmodische Möbel. Wir haben selber ein Ferienhaus in Kappeln (Ostsee) zur Vermietung. In dem Zustand hätten wir wohl kaum Feriengäste. Fazit für diese Wohnung: nie wieder! Ich mache mir natürlich auch selbst Vorwürfe! Beim nächsten mal versuche ich genauer hinzuschauen. Fast 30 Tage in so einer Wohnung können den Urlaubsspaß ganz schön trüben.
