The Layout
Agua Bonita sleeps 16, with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths & outdoor shower. The Main House has 3 large bedrooms & 3 baths with a romantic 1bed/1bath guest house that is a private luxurious oasis w/ vaulted ceilings, upscale decor & french doors overlooking a picture perfect view of the pool, waterfall and sky.

Living Room
The rustic living room has large, comfy leather sofas, Smart TV & cantera stone fireplace. A whiskey barrel & cedar trees provide fun accents. Chefs will love the stainless gas stove & appliances. Easy flow kitchen is fully equipped & well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Utility room off kitchen has 2nd refrigerator & commercial grade washer/dryer.

Dining Areas
Lots of dining tables! There's a large, sturdy, custom dining room table inside while outside there's 3 additional outdoor dining tables, with 2 being poolside dining tables perfect for al fresco dining!

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are large, spacious and private with upscale furniture. Three bedrooms open directly to the pool through French doors and the poolside entertainment area.

Poolside Master
Wake up each morning to the smell of tropical flowers surrounding the pool just outside the romantic Master Bedroom. Midnight swim? King size bed, armoire and chic upscale bedding. From your bed step directly outside onto the white rock patio & enjoy a relaxing swim in the aqua marine pool, then return to your private oasis. Ensuite bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower w/ 3 shower heads & bench.

Poolside Bedroom 2
Listen to the waterfall while laying in bed watching the waterfall. Very large private family retreat w/ custom queen bed, upscale furnishings, (2) twin bunk beds & TV. Just steps to dive into the sparkling cool waterfall pool.

Large, cool bunk room, with (2) sets twin bunk beds & (2) twin beds. Pretty tiled bath w/ stone shower & custom bench seat.

Guest House
Romance awaits those who sleep in this luxurious oasis with sublime views of pool, waterfall and night sky! There's (2) outdoor lounge chairs for you to enjoy the view.
