This semi-detached, stone farmhouse, four miles from Reeth in Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire, can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Set in beautiful Arkengarthdale countryside, four miles from Reeth in North Yorkshire, Shepherd's Lodge is a wonderful, semi-detached stone farmhouse situated on a working farm. The property has a super-king-size double bedroom, a twin room with option of being made into a super king-size room on request, plus a bathroom with a freestanding bath. There is a kitchen with a dining area and a utility, plus a sitting room with a woodburning stove. There is ample off road parking outside, along with a garden to the front and a patio with furniture and views to the rear. In a wonderful, wild and rural location, Shepherd's Lodge is the perfect country getaway for keen walkers.
Amenities: Biomass underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Front and rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5.8 miles, pub 2.1 miles. Note: This property is on a working farm therefore pets are not allowed and children must be supervised. Note: The bathroom has low headroom in parts. Note: The stove can be lit and attended to daily, on request.
