Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with gas fire. Outside there is a allocated parking space at nearby public car park with permit provided by the owner, and an enclosed courtyard with furniture. Lookout Cottage s a well-located and pretty property for your next trip to Cornwall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On-street parking can usually be found nearby, cost of a weekly ticket at nearby Sandy Cove car park next to W Harvey & Sons shellfish storage tanks (approx 4 minute walk) is reimbursable by the owner on submission of a Sandy Cove parking receipt (instructions provided in welcome letter and info pack). Courtyard with washing machine. Two well-behaved dogs accepted. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.2 miles.
