Original one bedroom apartment located in a perfect area of Sirmione: in a residential area at the beginning of the peninsula, therefore far from the traffic but close to the port, the most famous beaches and all services.
This flat, located on the first floor of a small residence without swimming pool, has all the features to make you spend a perfect holiday.
Furnished with a unique style, where wood is the master, at the entrance you will immediately find the fully equipped kitchenette and the living room with sofa and large dining table; its brightness is given by the terrace that develops in length, adorned with flowers and plants, from which you can see the lake and a part of the port. Here a dinner or an aperitif enjoying the cool summer evenings is a must.
In a second room there is a nice bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
External parking is always available. City Tax: € 2,80 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 30 nights
