Praktische Unterkunft in Marzocca mit netter Gastgeberin

Die Angabe der Lage ist ungenau, da das Appartment nicht wie bei Fewo in der Karte angegeben in Senigallia, sondern im Nachbarort Marzocca an der gleichen Küstenstrasse liegt. Aber das ist lediglich ein unbeabsichtigter Google maps Fehler. Das Appartement ist für 3 Personen perfekt gewesen. Allesia hat immer unmittelbar auf jedes Anschreiben reagiert. Sie war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat mich sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt und bei Urlaubsende wieder dorthin zurück gebracht. Im Appartement ist für wirklich alles gesorgt. Man hat einen Garagenstellplatz, kann mit dem Aufzug zur Unterkunft in den zweiten Stock fahren, vom Balkon kann man bis aufs Meer gucken. Es gibt in der Küche Zugang zu zwei Balkonen, beide mit Schiebetüren, so das man super querlüften kann. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch prima. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist alles vorhanden. Und es gibt sogar zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm, die man mit zum Strand nehmen kann. Wenige Minuten fussläufig gibt es einen Bahnhof, Busstation, den Strand, einen Supermarkt und jede Menge Restaurants. Also alles da was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Wer allerdings empfindlich gegen Lärm ist, sollte beachten, dass man den Verkehr auf der Bahnlinie und der Strasse vor dem Haus gut hören kann. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank Alessia

Breve pausa estiva

Soggiorno di 5 giorni senza nessun problema, abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente necessario e anche di più. Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti dal mare e con un breve tratto di macchina ci si può avvicinare ad altre spiagge. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a presentarsi in netto anticipo rispetto all'orario di check-in, suggerendo anche dei posti dove poter mangiare (tutti ottimi). Consigliato a chiunque volesse godersi un po di mare in tranquillità.

Fijne strandvakantie

Fijn appartement. Volledig ingericht, goede airco, ideale garage, ideaal gelegen t.o.v. winkels en strand. Marzocca is een rustige badplaats, wij vinden dat heerlijk. We willen nog wel eens terugkomen. Nadeel is het geluid van het verkeer en de trein. Dat went wel, maar is goed om te beseffen als je dit appartement reserveert.

Appartamento comodo e pulito per 4 persone, con tutti i servizi essenziali e a 2 passi dal mare. Proprietari cortesi e puntuali. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva

Accogliente !

Proprietaria molto premurosa e gentile. Appartamento appena ristrutturato con tutto il mobilio nuovo e completo di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Bella la vista del mare dal balcone e perfetta la privacy assicurata dalla particolare struttura del balcone. Unico neo il rumore generato dal traffico stradale della statale adriatica sottostante.
