Wonderful house and location

This house was very spacious, well-equipped, the location couldn’t have been better to both the Watercolor beach club and walk into Seaside! It was nice that the third bedroom with the trundle now has a twin-over-queen bunk bed along with the trundle daybed - would be great for multiple kids! The only small complaints were the house did not have any tissues and the coffee mugs could be replaced with how used and stained they were

Adorable Home in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I were looking for a home for a long weekend that was centrally located in Watercolor - this fit the bill. The home was clean, well-decorated, well-furnished and in good condition. It was located just a few blocks from everything it seemed - tennis courts, Western lake, the ocean and restaurants. My only recommendation would be directed to the agent - perhaps a few things like laundry pods, more than 2 dishwashing pods and salt/pepper could remain in the home. We were only there for 3 nights but had to buy these items to get us through.

Watercolor is an awesome beach town

The house was perfect for our family. Lovely decor and everything we needed for a great vacation. 360 blue could have been more helpful if they had supplied us with enough wrist bracelets. The kind and accommodating people at the beach club pool saved our vacation by giving us passes for the children to get in to all amenities.

Wonderful Place!

Lovely and comfortable home. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent air conditioning despite very warm temps. Very comfortable bedding. Spacious! Master with privacy but still near other bedrooms. Very easy shady walk to the beach. Easy bike ride to anywhere in Watercolor. Ideal location! Only suggestion would be a blanket for the couch for lounging!

Perfect Location

Home is the perfect size for our group of 5 ( 4 adults, 1 child). Extra bunk beds have been placed in a room which was not pictured in description and was a nice surprise. Home is well stocked with a bonus crockpot, blender and toaster oven Outdoor screened in porch was used often. Rocking chairs on front porch so calming. Location to beach is an easy 3.5 blocks. Seaside town square a very quick bike ride down 30A.

We loved the house. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor. It was comfortable and inviting. Great seating in the living area. Also enjoyed the seating area in the backyard. We were there for our son’s wedding in Seaside and the location was perfect. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

Amazing location and the home is gorgeous! The half bath was locked for the first few days but we called and they sent someone out to unlock. Home is very clean. We rented a golf cart and used that the majority of the time. Our son (3 years old) enjoyed “Camp Watercolor”. Will book again!

We had a wonderful Christmas in this very comfortable house. It was great for two couples. We grilled steaks outside on Christmas Day and enjoyed the spacious outdoor areas. The bikes provided are great. The location of the house makes it ideal for going to the beach, Seaside and all activities in WaterColor.

Like many others we loved this home - mostly the location, bikes, outdoor shower, comfortable bed, lovely finishes and well equipped kitchen. The small TV and 4 chair setup wasn’t the best for our family of 5 and watching bowl games. I know we don’t come to the beach to watch TV but not having a TV in the sofa area made that area obsolete for a bowl week stay! The home is incredibly comfortable and we loved our stay. The chair/sofa situation would probably prevent a re-rent for us but that is a unique obstacle for our family size. Blue 360 did an amazing job as the agent!

128 LW is a very lovely home. I enjoyed spending a week here with husband and kids and a week with my mom😊 Very convenient for bike rides into Seaside and over to Watercolor Inn. The only improvement I would love to see is cleaner outside porch furniture (upstairs and downstairs) very dusty and dirt covered. Also, the 4 white chairs covers in front of the TV are filthy. Otherwise, a very comfortable and beautiful home. 360 Blue staff were very helpful and pleasant as always and we will rent thru 360 again.

We just left for home after a relaxing and comfortable week here in watercolor. Six girls and we had plenty of room and accommodations. We only suggest a ceiling fan on the screened in side porch for the sultry evenings. Thank you and hope we can return!!

We had a great time with our two kids and parents. Of course the kids loved the pool and the beach as did we. What a great beach house and there is a path in the back that goes directly to the beach. Super convenient! We would love to stay at this house again.
