No Internet, Terrible Beds, Barely Any Water, Extra Charges
The neighborhood is beautiful, but this house and management company has serious problems.
At the last minute, they told us we owed them money and would have to cancel our stay if we did not pay them. They do not accept VRBO payments and insisted we pay them directly. They stated they sent us emails to pay, buy there were never any emails sent.
Instead of enjoying our ferry ride from Corsica to Sardinia, we frantically tried to find a way to pay them. It took close to 5 hours to resolve the issue. If they accepted VRBO payments, we could have paid the balance instantly.
There is no Internet. We were told we could go to a local restaurant. We are business owners and must have internet access. Their listing is lying about internet.
The home barely has water pressure. The shower only has a tiny flow of water. We told the management company, and they told us to call the check-in person. We are on vacation, we are not there to coordinate the maintenance of their house. This was unacceptable.
They charge 20 euro/person extra for linens and bath towels. This is absurd. They should just charge more.
They made us pay for tax in cash. Again, this is just bad service.
Their bed is terrible. It is a memory-foam bed that has two large indents in them and you feel like you are about to fall out of bed all night.
This house could be great, but it has terrible management company and clearly needs maintenance. Choose another home and management company.
