The house has two bedrooms, both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed.The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, table and chairs for meals, cable TV and WI-FI.The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board.We provide all linen and towels for your stay. For longer stays, we change towels and sheets regularly.

Please note that I will ask you to provide passport or identity details for each guest 3 days before of check-in. This is due to government regulations and applies to all guest accommodation in Portugal.

Quaint place conveniently located
If you are looking for a quaint place to stay in Lagos, this is it. Its only a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the center of town, and a 2 minute walk to the local cafe. The Pingo Doce supermarket (which has everything you'll need)is about a 5 minute walk to the west. The space itself is cozy. It has a full kitchen, which we used often during our stay. The living area is on the bottom floor and its air conditioned. The kids enjoyed watching Netflix during our breaks from the beach and touring the town. Bedrooms upstairs were not air conditioned. There was probably a 10* F difference

not what I expected
The location of this property is great, near the water and all the restaurants and shops all within an easy walking distance. The layout of the property was fine. The bathroom is on the main level not upstairs with the bedrooms. Communication was prompt and they responded very quickly when we were locked out. The downside this property (we were there in Feb) is that it is very cold. We had the heat on full blast for the 2 days we were there and it never warmed up especially upstairs. There is no heat source upstairs. So the cold temperature negatively impacted our stay. Also I would say the housekeeping was average at best. The floors where dusty and the duvets had no covers and no top sheet on the bed.
