Lovely stay.

The property was a perfect location for us. Near our family, near the beach, near amenities. Felt safe. House was warm and cosy. Perfect for a weekend at the beach.

Great value for money

The only negative thing was the owner didn't send the passcode for the key safe till 1 hour before check in which panicked me a little bit after that the owner's communication was great throughout the stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

12 Clews Mews

Always stay in Clews Mews as it's convenient and there is parking available. However the carpet was covered in dog hair and hadn't been cleaned properly before our visit. We are not dog people so that was disappointing. Generally the cleanliness and attention to detail in the unit was sadly lacking on this visit in July 2024

Solid property

The owners/managers are VERY responsive and answered the questions we had in minutes. We were very impressed with that. The television, WiFi, washing machine, etc. all work well. The property was clean but due for a carpet shampoo. It is not a luxury property but a solid property at an appropriate price. The location was good for us and within walking distance to the Swansea Market. I rated it a 5 because it was as described in the listing and the manager was very responsive.
