Three bedrooms: All ground floor accommodation. 1 x super king-size double (extra long at 7feet long, needs flat superking sheet) with en-suite shower, basin and WC; 2 x twin (one is zip and link and can be changed to super king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Newly fitted Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room. Linen provided for 2023 but please note this property does not provide linen and towels for 2024, Atlantic laundry atlanticlaundry.co.uk offer linen rental (with bed making service on first-come, first-serve basis), or Kalu linen hire on 01208 881029
