Villa do Cisne - Allure Villas

The Villa do Cisne is a large holiday house designed by its owner, a renown Portuguese architect. Conceived to welcome the family’s friends, the walls display his collection of drawings and paintings, making it a kind of art gallery.

It is set on a large plot and its garden, spacious, mature and dotted with flowers, has a privileged view of the Golf course.
The porch, with its barbecue and pizza oven, is sheltered and invites to dinner parties, whatever the time of year.

On hot days, the swimming pool is a delight for everyone and the row of sun loungers, spread out in the sun, invites you to laze around.
For those who prefer, there is the shade of the wide flap that surrounds the whole house and covers little corners decorated with armchairs and stools where you feel like leafing through a book or taking a "power nap".

Large house in a good location

The property was large and in a good location, close to the beach and only 20mins from Lisbon city centre. The villa was a little tired, some of the doors didn’t lock and the kitchen could have been better equipped. The agent was able to fix the lock on the front door and supply things like tea towels and a corkscrew when requested. Overall an enjoyable stay in a large and well located villa.

Stort og fint hus med nokre feil.

Inngangsdør hadde dårlig/slitt lås som var vanskelig å låse. Denne burde skiftes ut omgående. Balkong-dører fra stua virka ikkje/ var defekte og kunne ikkje brukast. På bilde for annonsen såg det ut til å være et stort og godt utstyrt kjøkken, men det viste seg at over halvparten av dører og skap var avlåst. Panner og liknande var svært slitt. Vanningsanlegg av planter og plen startet tidlig på kveld. Burde være programmert til å vanne om natta. Stort sett fornøgd med huset, men hadde forventa høgare standard. Spesielt på det tekniske anlegget.

An enjoyable stay - but,,,,,,,

The upstairs bedrooms were lovely apart from 1 broken window, which has hopefully now been replaced. The main lounge area and kitchen were also lovely. The ground floor bedrooms were tiny and only suitable for older children. Young children could not use then as they would be too far away from their parents. The beds in the games room were really only suitable for groups who would normally use a hostel. The "pool table" is actually a billiards table with no pockets. There are 2 sets of stairs going down to the pool room, 1 of which we had to partition off, as it was dangerous for smaller children. The outside area was great with a good lawned area. The pool is only quite small but was perfect for the children. Just be warned that it is not heated. Overall, if we had been a smaller group and just used the upstairs bedrooms I would have given an extra star. In my opinion it is more suitable for 8 people rather than a larger family group.

Spacious villa with good outdoor eating area.

We were a family group of 16 and the Villa had plenty of space for all the us. The outside area was a great place to eat and entertain. Allure Villas was a pleasure to work with, and Miguel was very accommodating to us. We would all like to thank Alberto the chef and his friend, for his delicious food and making our party night such a memorable one.

The house needs better maintenance

The house despite having good areas needs better maintenance. The bathrooms have old plumbing and poor drainage. we also saw some burned out lamps. Unfortunately the house next door is under construction which makes some noise and we weren't informed about that before. The outside area is very nice although the pool looks bigger in the pictures than in reality. Our evaluation 2.5/5

Lovely big villa private and relaxing only 5 minutes to beach in Uber 30 minutes to Lisbon

Great villa needs a bit of attention , light bulbs missing / needing changing in several rooms some mattresses not very comfortable but overall a great villa

Très belle maison mais pas assez bien équipée pour 14 personnes

Maison top, grande, superbe terrain. Un frigo ne fonctionnait pas (4 jours avant d’en avoir un nouveau, jardinier qui débarque à 8h le matin sans prévenir). Cuisine un peu mieux équipée et literie pas top.

Tolles sauberes Haus perfekt für Grösse Gruppen

Ich war mit 15 Freunden in diesem Haus u kann nur sagen das alles sauber u der Garten auch sehr gepflegt war. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das vor Ort die kochutensilien etwas erneuert werden müssten,sprich ein paar neue Pfannen wären nicht schlecht. Ein paar mehr geschirrhandtücher wären auch gut. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten u ich kann wirklich ohne zu zögern sagen das ich nochmal in dieses Haus fahren würde......

Très belle maison dans un environnement agréable

Tres belle maison directement sur le golf. Bien située avec un accès raisonnablement rapide aux grands axes. La maison peut loger facilement 10/12 personnes. Le terrain et la picines sont agréables. La maison manque un peu d'entrerien mais rien pour enlever au confort pour quelques jours. Le service de Miguel a été très bien et il a répondu rapidement aux questions et reglé les petits problèmes courants.

Relaxing, beautiful and just a wonderful time

Lovely big garden which we relaxed in most of the time. We spend most of our time there. We was a party of 11 there was so much space to have privacy if you wanted or just stay by the pool. Only little moans , 3 of the shower were a bit small, but we just got on with it and could do with extra pillows. But that was it . Fantastic over all.
