great location, loud car traffic all hours of the night
Location is great, close to everything downtown. Place is a little noisy, you can hear street sounds well. Saturday night party crowd was quite tolerable, after all just people having a good time. Cars speeding over the cobble stones at all hours of the night in the narrow street were loud and more disruptive. Hosts were great and responsive in communicating, place was clean.

Perfect location!
Excellent property, in the perfect location - close to everything. Finding parking was a little tough, but an easy walk to everything once we did. The host communicated well and did a great job describing the location. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, close to major attractions. A few minor issues with the hot water system and a refrigerator malfunction that were quickly addressed / resolved by the owner. An adequate space for two people.

For Jesus.. amazing location... beautiful suite.. priced right for 3 adults.. Please have a maintenance person re-install the toilet... seems to be lifting off the floor.. For future residents... enjoy your stay!!:)

Property has everything , small supermarket a few steps away . Sofa bed it’s not confortable . There parking close by but it’s expensive $36 Euros per night . I will recommend this place for a young couple since it’s walkable and a lot of places to see .

The location of this VRBO can't be beat. In the heart of it all! The host was very responsive to our questions. This VRBO has a comfortable queen size bed. The sofa pull-out is between a twin and a double and not very comfortable. My daughter ended up just sleeping on the sofa which was fine since she is not too tall.

This rental had an amazing location, with walking distance to almost anything we wanted to experience in Madrid! There were a few hiccups with the place, including trouble with the code to get in, issues with the toilet running, and the shower only had very hot water. But the place was clean and spacious.

Small but just right
The apartment is quite small, I slept in the sleeper sofa which wasn't as comfortable as the bed. The shower is hard to work, the hot and cold handles needed to be in exactly the right spot to get warm water. But overall, it was a fine place to stay for 3 night.

Location, location. This property is an easy walk to many of the sites of interest in Madrid. The studio apartment was damp, the finishing was crude. Neither of us could figure out the hot water in the shower. I will say that the location made our staying where we were worth the stay.

I booked this accommodation over a year ago and paid at the same time. I got in touch with the property 5 days out to confirm booking etc to be told that they had closed the booking as it was made a year ago! Accommodation was eventually sorted through them however the property we were given is not the one I booked. I booked and paid for 4 people but we were only given 2 towels for example. Would not recommend. Service was mediocre, condition of the property was terrible ie the shower head was duct taped up! Only good thing near the train station

Great location
We stayed 3 nights. To be honest, I booked this place without talking to my husband because it was a great location and good price. However, when we arrived my husband was concerned about it was street level. But, it turned out it was safe neighborhood. I communicated with Jesus a couple times with other questions and he was very responsive and resolved our issues. Thank you Jesus and his team 🙏

V difficult for our driver to find. Whilst the property is cozy it’s not it’s name. It’s Opera Suites Fidelio. The name Cozy needs to be in the description not the name. Check in was difficult. I hadn’t intended doing international roaming but was forced to as it was the only way to check in. Check in was complicated

Pocket of history in a bustling meca
1st timers to Europe and Madrid, I wanted to still feel the ancient energy amidst the modern hussle and bustle of the city, and we found it!! It was so awesome to be able to open the huge metal front door right to the cobblestone street, a tiny pocketed historical neighborhood if you ask me. A couple minutes walk we were awe-struck by the magnitude of Thee Palace of Madrid itself!! WOW. A few further blocks away was an area better and bigger than Vegas and New York put together. Several blocks inwards of that was the epic Plaza of the Mayor, just like in the old movies. I couldn't believe all the different open social plazas we could visit on foot from the VRBO. I feel like we got a good feel for all the essence of Madrid. Keep in mind, The doors and walls are very thin so come prepared to drown out the neighbors, it was so helpful the TV had You Tube as soon as you turn it on so we fell fast asleep to a "white noise" video, we were not bothered by the neighbors party at all this way. Also take note the left handle of the shower is the pressure power while the right side is temp control. We don't have this type in USA so it took us many tries to figure it out hahaha, I appreciate the double level shower heads so I didn't have to get my hair wet. The large open layout was very nice for opening up big suitcases. Such a beautiful apartment with the exposed stone granite walls and modern accents. Big Love to the owner Jésus who was able to lock the front door from his cellphone when our Uber was waiting to take us to the airport haha I couldn't figure out how to lock it. We weren't late for our flight! Thanks again for the travel advice Jésus!!!

Prima verblijf voor een weekend Madrid
Het verblijf was prima, maar ik zou het aanraden voor maximaal 2 personen. Het appartement is op de begane grond en heeft vrij dunne muren, wat het relatief gehorig maakt. Een prima verblijf voor een aantal nachten.
