Beautiful LUXURIOUS beach condo, totally refurbished, granite kitchen, all new floors, new furniture, a few feet from a 12' waterfall! Open the windows and all you hear is the waterfall and the tropical birds in the garden area. Relax in the brand new luxury spa shower! This is a VERY quiet unit, B123. You'll feel like you are truly in a unique paradise jungle! This is a garden view unit, with a peek of the ocean looking through the tropical gardens. This unit is not your typical rental unit! It's a second home and is comfy, classy, new and AFFORDABLE! North Coast Village is located right on the sand with a semi-private beach. Oceanside is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California, and has been listed by leading travel magazines as having the best all around yearly beach climates. Walk to the pier or the harbor! Relax in the tropical environment, or spend your days surfing, boogie boarding, or just laying on the beach. The beach is a VERY VERY short walk from the unit. Walk to the downtown area where you will find fine restaurants, movie theater, shops, museum, and a weekly farmer's market.

I want to come back here again

Everything was perfect, starting with the friendly manager at the entrance. Convenient parking spot right next to the elevator, cozy apartment, thanks to the owners for leaving a bottle of wine. Everything was clean and beautiful, we liked the decor. The apartment had everything you needed: books, board games, dishes, plenty of towels, beach chairs and surfboards. We really enjoyed our vacation!

We love it here!

We have stayed in this area of condos 3 times now. It’s such a great location— next to the beach, close to the harbor and food/shops, and the property is beautiful. We’ve enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the past, but this trip it was always so busy. Bonus that Ubereats/Grubhub delivers here and it’s such an easy process! We will definitely be back.

Fun winter getaway.

It was great to get away from the Midwest and the cold weather. San Diego had a lot to offer and the place was nice however a bit dated. I would definitely recommend staying there again as it has many amenities in a great location.

Golf and Sunsets

The grounds have a resort like feel. Unit adequate for golf trip. Nice shower, bath towels. Bed ok. Kitchen had the basics but could use a few more extras. Very happy overall. Would stay again.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my daughter and I and our girls weekend getaway!

Our weekend getaway was very relaxing. We had everything we needed and absolutely love the grounds at this location. Our condo was so clean and smelled amazing and the owners were very accommodating.

We had ants that attacked our pizza and doughnuts. Then informed the manager with no response or acknowledgement of my feedback. I will never come back and used to love vrbo but with people like Paul. Umm I'll think twice. Non satisfied customer Rick

Great house, great location

The house was clean and well stocked with basic cooking supplies and towels. It is a one bedroom, but there are two beds and a trundle in the bedroom so there was plenty of space to sleep. The location is great, a super short walk to the pool and to the beach. The beach that the property is on is nice and while it got busy it wasn’t so crowded that you couldn’t easily find space. Same with the pool. We had no complaints and I would look to stay here again. My only tip is that the living room TV doesn’t seem to have any smart functionality (Netflix etc) so if that’s important to you you may want to bring a fire stick or something. The bedroom TV does though and that was plenty for us.

Overall great aside from the bugs

The location was amazing and just a few minute walk from the beach and some food. Gorgeous view from the balcony! The one thing that was really upsetting was all the ants that we kept finding everywhere even though we'd keep all our food in the fridge and wouldn't leave anything out. They were in all the rooms and even found as few in the beds. The stay was lovely other than that but if you're squeamish maybe look at another place.

Great location

First time staying in Oceanside and the condo had pros and cons. Pros are the great location, on the beach, gated. Cons are there is no laundry in the unit (community laundry where you need to download an app), the condo is a little run down (several blind slats are missing, couch is not very comfy, no curtains), we found several ants inside the condo including on the bed, pool and hot tub weren't open due to maintenance, we didnt have water for 3 hrs due to maintenace. We booked this on the positive reviews but we won't stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful property

Villa was partially updated, ie: bathroom, living room and new kitchen counters. Kitchen cupboards are old and have an odor and the cookware is in rough condition. The villa is in a nice location away from the noise of the pool and hot tub, but being on the south side of the building the sunshine never hits the villa and therefore it felt damp in the villa most of the time.

Fantastic location in complex

I have stayed at NCV a few times and this location of the particular condo was the best. True, it’s in the back area so a longer walk to the beach, but it’s quiet and peaceful! We were with 7 other families; some of which were much closer in the front buildings. All they heard until 10pm was kids playing in the pool. All I EVER heard was the waterfall and birds chirping. I never heard the train that is close by and never another person. It was awesome. We did have an ant problem and the owner came himself and took care of it as soon as he could. Now, I will say that although the unit is in a great location; it’s dated. So if you want something high end feeling, this may not be the unit for you. The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable, and the bedding was really cheap and old looking; but clean. That beating said, it’s affordable and can sleep up to 6 people. So it depends on what you want. I was there for a full week and it was great and affordable.

Great location!

In our opinion, the best beach along the San Diego coast! Clean, sandy, and not overcrowded. Felt totally safe in the condo compound. The only reason I gave it a 4 vs a 5 is the musty smell. But then again, being in a damp area from the morning and nighttime fog and no A/C (which wasn't needed, surprisingly, even during a very bit week), I think that's to be expected. We live in the PNW, and we can get the same thing at times. If we come back, we'll definitely consider staying here again!

Why they chose this property

Believe me, we have crammed our 4 children into swanky nice hotels, but WE prefer condos when we stay away from home for so many reasons. Once the kids are down, we don't have to sit on the bathroom floor watching netflicks on a lap top propped on a bathtub side (or toilet lid seat), but can enjoy a nice breeze on the patio, sit on the comfy leather couch and enjoy a bottle of wine and cheese or home made Pina Coladas while taking in a nice movie on one of two modern flat screen TVs (43 & 40') provided. We also have a DVD player for your convenience. While your delicious warm toasty coffee is brewing, you can make up a nice omelette or pancakes, instead of eating out so often in a hotel and feeling crammed and stifled. There is a weight room/work out room right next to the pool and spa, which is literally steps away from our condo. Would you like an ocean view while sipping your favorite refreshment from a jacuzzi, then you can walk a tiny bit further to the other pool/hot tub in the condo which has an ocean view! How about pack a nice picnic, and take our beach bag, chair and mat to Harbor Beach (Steps to the beach), and enjoy some bubbly and a nice appetizer while enjoying the majestic sunsets of San diego County that can't be beat!? There is so much you can do in San Diego county, and you can take a quick trip down to Legoland and Sea World and Disneyland is not very far. If you are feeling adventurous, you can tour Universal Studios and Hollywood, about 1.5 hr from Oceanside. The master bedroom offers a Queen Mattress, and a trundle bed w/ two twins.
