A beautiful semi-detached house in Balham with 5 bedrooms and space for up to 9 guests, complete with lovely garden and roof terrace. Right next to Balham underground station with plenty of lovely cafes and shops nearby.
Please note: this property is over 3 floors with no step-free access. The house is fitted with SONOS speaker system throughout. The host may accept pets - please discuss with your reservations agent.
GROUND FLOOR
LIVING ROOM
A beautiful, airy living room space, with stylish interiors brightened by accents of sunshine yellow. There is a large grey sofa and 2 matching grey armchairs, with additional space provided by the window seat. Classic features, like the period style fireplace in grey marble, are given a modern uplift by a bold patterned rug and colourful framed prints on the walls.
DINING ROOM
Opening out beyond the living room, and continuing the bright yellow theme with matching interiors, is a lovely dining room space. In the centre is a dining table with 6 chairs, with a chic decorative silver light fitting above.
KITCHEN AND SNUG
Down a few steps beyond the dining room, and just before you reach the kitchen and garden, is a charming little snug area. There is a large grey sofa and coffee table, with a flat screen TV on the wall opposite. Beyond this is the kitchen; a beautiful modern, open space, illuminated by fresh white walls, modern lighting, and skylight windows. There is a kitchen island with 3 cushioned bar stools and an induction hob. All the amenities you will need for your stay are there, with stand-out features including a hot tap, coffee machine, a large fridge/freezer, and a warming drawer. There is also a stylish Perspex table with 4 chairs, and bifolding doors give access onto the garden.
GARDEN
A pretty Astro-turfed outdoor space with fresh white walls, lavender and olive trees. There are benches nestled in between the shrubs, dotted with colourful cushions. There is outdoor lighting for those long summer evenings, as well as a small high table with 2 chairs, and a BBQ.
UTILITY ROOM
In the hallway, a door leads down a set of stairs to a small utility room space, with a washing machine and separate dryer.

FIRST BEDROOM
The first bedroom has fresh white interiors and pretty pink cushions, and includes a king bed, wardrobe, chair, and a charming cottage window overlooking the garden.
FIRST BATHROOM
A modern bathroom with sleek white tiles. There is a bath with an overhanging waterfall shower, a wash basin, and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
A lovely lilac bedroom perfect for children, with a single trundle bed with an additional pull-out bed underneath. There is a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and plenty of children’s toys and books.
STUDY
A really lovely little room, perfect for working from home. There is an office desk and chair in one corner, and a Mac screen. There is a lovely period style feature fireplace with marble surround, and plush modern furniture, including a sofa and armchair. The sofa can be converted into a single sofa bed to sleep an additional guest.
SECOND FLOOR
THIRD BEDROOM
Fresh white interiors and minimalist style characterise this room, with an ensuite bathroom included. There is a king bed, 2 bedside tables, a widescreen TV, and a chest of drawers set up like a vanity desk with mirrors.
ENSUITE BATHROOM
There is a large walk-in waterfall shower, a wash basin, and WC.
THIRD FLOOR
MASTER BEDROOM
Up the final flight of stairs is a stunning modern bedroom in grey tones with a Juliet balcony, and access up 2 steps onto an Astro-turfed roof terrace. There is a king bed with bedside tables either side, and a flat-screen TV on the wall opposite. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and skylight windows letting in plenty of natural light.
MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM
With chic charcoal grey tiles and a skylight window, this ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and a wash basin. Please note, there is no door dividing the bathroom from the bedroom, although the WC is cornered off.
ROOF TERRACE
A fabulous additional outdoor space complete with rooftops views, Astro turf, table and chairs, and sun loungers.
