The property is surprisingly spacious, practically laid out and well equipped. The location is convenient and peaceful, with good parking.. Warm and cosy even in a stormy February.
Property is very clean, kitchen is well equipped, having a second bathroom is ideal for early starts or family group. Good wi fi, large tv, benefit of own parking space. Had a lovely week there but if anything may be a bit more drawer space would be good.

We have holidayed in Dartmouth as a family for many years, and love the beauty of the area and the great choice of things to do that suit all ages. We recently purchased the property and are looking forward to renting it out to other families in order that they too can enjoy this lovely area of England.
Why they chose this property
We have holidayed ourselves before in this chalet and know that it has ben refurbished to a high standard so when we were looking for a property to buy this was our first choice. It also benefits from being one of the only chalets on the site that have 2 bathrooms and parking directly outside the door.
