In the ground floor apartment with a size of approx. 100 square meters there is a living room with an open dining area, two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with large showers. The main bathroom even has a rain shower.

The 15 square meter terrace allows every guest to relax in a Mediterranean atmosphere, which is furnished with six chairs and a large table and gives you a magnificent view of the beautiful garden of the community area and the private garden. In your garden you have two private loungers available exclusively for your use, so that "someone else's throwing in towels" does not disturb your vacation ...

The kitchen, in a modern Mediterranean design, has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob and a coffee machine that can be filled with fresh beans.

All rooms are noiselessly air-conditioned.
