In front of the kitchen is the large open-plan living room filled with light from the large doors leading to the private terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a large 4-seater sofa bed and air conditioning.

Large private terrace to enjoy at any time of day where you will find an outdoor dining area for 4 people. Here you can enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Benalmádena beach.

Located at the front of this apartment is the spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, where you wake up to enjoy those impressive views. A large double wardrobe, and access to the terrace.

Just a few steps from the bedroom is a large recently modernised bathroom that is clean, bright and has a bath and shower with plenty of space for your toiletries, etc.

Complete access to common areas such as 5 pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open Monday to Sunday.

Vehicle access to the complex is allowed through barriers, which are controlled by reception (please ring the bell).

The building has elevators.

Total access to common areas such as 5 pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (payable), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the siren pool (heated to 23º)

Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or pool closure.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite TV, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

- Sea Life Aquarium - Located in Puerto Marina, it is a shark conservation and protection centre inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to Merlin Entertainment group.
