When you first set foot inside you will find floor-to-ceiling wall-of-windows that lead to the condo's most unique feature~the spectacular wrap-around balcony. Its larger than some one bedroom condos on the beach! The balcony offers a multitude of beautiful unobstructed beach,pool,sunrise,sunset, and city views. It has seating for 8 and there is a table just in case you decide to have your breakfast with the dolphins. Two comfortable loungers round out this well-appointed balcony.

This highly-desired beautifully furnished condo has many features including:
*The floor plan is the largest 3 bedroom layout in the complex with 1547 square ft of living space.

*Two of the three bedrooms not only have floor-to-ceiling wall-of-windows, but they also open to the enormous gulf front balcony. This is a highly unusual feature for a beach front condo.

*High speed WIFI Internet is provided and can be accessed from anywhere in the condo, including the balcony!

*Keyless entry system!

Great location
The condo was very clean & roomy. As other reviews have mentioned, the view from the balcony is spectacular! The beds were comfy, showers were nice, and there was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults & 2 young kids (3 & 1). The beach was just a short walk from the condo. The waves were too strong for our little ones to swim in the gulf for the first half of our stay due to hurricane Beryl so we appreciated the 2 outdoor & 1 indoor pool. The waves were much calmer the second half of our trip. The location is great - many shops & restaurants nearby. We had a few very minor issues. The closet door was broken (repaired quickly), the tv in one room did not work, & the door code was inactivated early. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was fantastic! Living room furniture dirty, definitely needed cleaning or replacing, with some up dated furniture. Garbage disposal needs replacing, rusted will probably fall off soon. Best thing was the walk in shower. Over all the condo needs to be updated. Needs a make over.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 children. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the view from inside the condo and outside on the balcony. The space was perfect - each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. In unit laundry was great! The space was very clean. We never had a problem getting an elevator. There was plenty of parking. The parking areas also had some carts for hauling things up to the unit, which was very nice. The building was well maintained and quiet. Great amenities - pools (indoor - heated, 2 outdoor pools, and 2 outdoor hot tubs), outdoor grills, and beach access. This property is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic stay on the beach
We were fortunate enough to stay in this wonderful condo for the month of January. Everything was exactly as described. Owner was very helpful. We were able to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, dolphin, and glorious sunshine from the expansive deck. You will not find a better view, inside or out! The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever found in a condo stay. Linens appeared to be professionally cleaned, very important to us. Wi-Fi and TV were great. Our stay was even better than we hoped. We cannot wait to return and hope to rent from the owners again! Thank you, Laurie for offering this condo and being so attentive to detail.

Great condo!
We spent the week here over Thanksgiving. Husband worked remotely. Wi-Fi worked well, the mattresses were very comfortable, wonderful showers, and a full compliment of pot/pans and utensils in the kitchen. We appreciated the details of soap, TP and paper towels. We enjoyed the PAC-Man gaming system!! This condo gave plenty of room for 5 adults. We look forward to another visit in 2024.

Very clean. Pictures are accurate. Beds are comfortable. Great Location. Plenty of room for family of 5. Balcony is great. Elevator was a little slow sometimes. Other times the wait was less than a minute. Really depends on other guests. Icemaker in the freezer was great. Refilled our beach cooler every day. My only suggestion for guests is to bring your own beach chairs and toys. Otherwise $40/day for 2 chairs & umbrella, even if your only there for a couple hours. The condo itself is perfect. We had no issues. Would 100% recommend staying here

Great Beach Get Away!
This condo was perfect for our stay on the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property was in excellent shape. We really enjoyed the beautiful beach views from the living room and two bedrooms. The balcony was another extension of the living space and was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is close enough to the middle of Gulf Shores and far enough from the crowds to be perfect! The long balcony means you can find sun or shade any time of day. The whirlpools and pools are fantastic. The proximity to the ocean/beach is wonderful. This is a great place - with plenty of room! - to stay in Gulf Shores at any time of year.

I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Beautiful room and beautiful views. The huge balcony was our favorite part! Parking was super easy and never had to wait too long for elevators. The proximity to attractions allowed us to walk to many places. This fit our group's needs perfectly. This was my first time booking through VRBO and I am very pleased at how easy and convenient everything was.
