Karen's Place - Corso Buenos Aires
A homie 1 bedroom apartment located in one of the most beautiful, vibrant and residential areas of Milan. The apartment is few minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires (a main shopping avenue) and Lima metro stop. The strategic location allows all our guests to reach all other spots of the city in a blink of an eye. The apartment is equipped with everything a person may need for a short or long stay.
You'll find a living room with a sofa bed for 2, flat screen Tv, lunch table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwaser.
The master bedroom has a comfy double bed and a big wardrobe with mirror to store your personal belongins. Then there is a bathroom with everything you need and a spacious shower.
The apartment is furnished with A/C and free WiFi.
How to collect keys:
Key collection does not take place at the flat but we use the Key Nest service.
How does it work?
-After the booking is confirmed you will receive a message on Vrbo chat containing a link to access the registration process. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.
-Once the registration is complete, you will receive a link with the code needed to collect the keys in the Vrbo chat.

You will be able to leave the flat by 11:00 am.
The keys must be returned to the same KeyNest point by 11:30 am.
Failure to return the key by 11:30 am will result in a late check out fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Please consider the opening hours and plan your stay accordingly.
Other important information:
- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.
Please leave the house tidy, with the rubbish sorted as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, the costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
