For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa sleeper and a twin sofa sleeper in the living area.
Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are accessible from the bedrooms, with the master bathroom boasting a jetted tub. The guest bathroom offers dual access, with entrances from both the guest bedroom and the living/dining area.
Directly across from the condo, you'll find the clubhouse, which includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and a kitchen, along with ample seating for relaxation.
Additionally, the Thousand Hills Golf Course is located just across the street from the resort.

The Foothills (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
