Comfortable apartment with a furnished private terrace on the second floor in a lovely local neighbourhood. It has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two individual beds and two individual sofa-beds in the living room. A large and furnished living area with TV, dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen a full bathroom with shower and a second toilet.

MIRABARNA Apartments are conveniently located and well served by public transport to/from the airport and metro. Nearby the building there is a paying parking and a bit further away, a free parking area. We have other apartments in the same building.

This neighbourhood has mainly local residents and retains an old world charm centered around a market selling local produce (Mercat del Clot), It is a tranquil part of the city with a Park and all amenities like bars, restaurants and supermarkets around.

Glories shopping centre, Encants Vells the city's biggest flea market and the Torre Agbar are nearby. The historic city centre, Passeig de Gracia, Placa de Catalunya, Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are 15 minutes by metro. The Sagrada Familia is just two metro stops away.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein centre !

Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de Barcelone : à proximité du métro "Clot" qui permet de rallier les principales artères de Barcelone (L1 et L2) mais également du train qui permet d'accéder à la plage (Badalona) en 15mn. Commerces proches de l'appartement (Centre commercial Gloriès). A noter également, l'appartement est climatisé, ce qui est appréciable l'été. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils utiles pour faciliter nos déplacements et nos visites à Barcelone.

Comfortable

Nice apartment with comfortable beds. Mareia spent a lot of time telling us how to find our way around Barcelona, however we were disappointed that we weren't able to drop our cases off after the previous occupants had checked out. Having just arrived in Spain from a 24 hour flight it would have been very helpful, but were told about a storage place a metro ride away. Don't chose this apartment for the terrace unless you like looking at other people's washing!

appartement agréable un peu excentré mais métro à proximité et environnement calme mais animé.

La propriétaire est très sympathique et donne le maximum d 'informations sur la ville d 'autant qu 'elle maitrise bien le français.appartement fonctionnel malgré quelques appareils défectueux (lumière exterieure terrasse,bouilloire,porte coulissante salle de bain).La terrasse est vraiment un plus.A recommander pour un prix raisonnable .

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto buono, Jorge ci ha illustrato tutto ciò che era il caso di sapere per visitare Barcellona e molto di più, l'appartamento potrebbe essere migliorato, in cucina mancavo tanti piccoli utensili che usiamo d'abitudine (spremi agrumi, grattugia...ecc)entrando si percepisce un odore di stantio che purtroppo ci è rimasto "attaccato" ai vestiti anche una volta a casa, nel complesso è stato tutto piuttosto gradevole.

Appartement spacieux au coeur de Barcelone

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 4 personnes pour un séjour de 3 nuits. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas d'une station de métro, et pas trop loin de la Sagrada Familia. Nous avons été très bien guidé avant notre arrivée et avons toujours eu une réponse rapide à nos questions par Mireia. Nous avons également bénéficié des conseils de Ross pour les quartiers à visiter, les pièges à éviter, les restaurants qui valent le détour, etc. Merci à vous 2 pour votre gentillesse ! L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes mais pour un court séjour, on peut aussi envisager d'y être à 6 car le salon bénéficie d'un canapé convertible. Il y a des boulangeries à 2 pas de l'appartement, ainsi que des restaurants et des supérettes. Le seul point qui pourrait être noté est que nous entendions bien les voisins du dessus (les pas et les voix) mais ça reste minime par-rapport à la qualité du logement et à son prix. Si nous devions revenir à Barcelone, on reviendrait très certainement dans ce logement et nous le recommandons également à nos conaissances. Merci encore à Mireia & Ross !

parfait !

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits dans un appartement de Mireia et Ross. Mireia nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a donné des conseils carte à l'appui pour visiter Barcelone. L'appartement est idéalement situé : métro à proximité et accès en direct à la gare de Sants via un train de banlieue. Beaucoup de sites ou de quartiers à voir à 30 min ou moins à pied (le meilleur moyen pour découvrir de l'intérieur Barcelone avec ses vies de quartiers). L'appartement est neuf, lumineux et spatieux pour 5 ou 6 personnes ;peu bruyant ce qui est reposant après une journée dans la ville. Le quartier est vivant avec ses petits commerces et pour ceux qui veulent plus grand il y'a un grand centre commercial à 10 minutes à pied. Une belle semaine en famille parents et ados réunis. Merci !

Vacacion de 4 noches en Barcelona con chicos

El apartamento es perfecto para una familia de 4-5 personas, lindo y aunque situado en una calle con mucho movimiento， al segundo piso, hay un buen silencio . Desayuno con 4 Estrella en el terrazo privado. Buena posicion cerca del metro. Muy buenas Las informaciones de Jorge, che nos ha esperado con mucha paciencia. El barrio es tranquilo, si uno quiere Mayor actividades, restaurantes..tiene que tomar el metro y en unos minutos esta' al centro. Buena ubicacion si le gusta correr, despues dos km llega a la playa y debe solo decidir la direccion sin dudas para el regreso , hay la Agbar Tower que ayuda. Recomiendo seguro este apartamento. Gracias a Maria Rosaria que he conocido solo por telefono pero siempre lista para nuestras preguntas. Gracias

Tres bon séjour ! appartement bien situé

La propriétaire, Mira, est très gentille, elle nous a indiqué à notre arrivé les moyens de transport, les monuments et les plages à proximité. L'appartement est suffisament spacieux, bien amménagé et en plus bien situé : à 2min d'un arret de metro.

Ottima esperienza

l'alloggio è alla giusta distanza dal centro storico, collegato ottimamente alla rete metropolitana (30m dalla porta di casa), in questo modo abbiamo potuto mischiarci agli abitanti di Barcellona assaporando le atmosfere reali della città quando abbiamo voluto (una sera abbiamo appositamente cenato in un ristorante del quartiere). I proprietari sono stati cordiali e disponibili al nostro arrivo, ci hanno dato le fondamentali indicazioni per muoverci. L'appartamento era molto accogliente e pulito, un po' rumorosa l'Avinguda Meridiana ma sopportabilissima. consiglio vivamente a famiglie con bambini.

Un séjour très agréable
