We had double booked our home in Conwy and only had 24 hours to find a substitute. David was fantastic. As soon as I explained the problem he immediately jumped in. He made it possible for our guests to accept this change in plans. He talked them through how it would work, met them on arrival, had a welcome basket as a surprise for them and was attentive the whole time they were there. They said that they really enjoyed their time and were so thankful for David making things pleasant for them. David really saved the day for us and he gets a big thank you in person when we are over in November.
