Schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Abzügen

Pool wunderschön, konnten wir leider kaum nutzen wegen den Horden von Bremsen, Haus war in Ordnung, Schränke teilweise muffig, nerviges Hundegebell bei Tag und Nacht hat uns den Urlaub schon etwas madig gemacht, Vermieter waren sehr nett, Fazit es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir würden aber nicht wiederkommen!

Emplacement magnifique

Je recommande vivement. Nous avons passés dès vacances magnifiques. La maison étaient superbe. Équipement au complet. Les hôtes super accueillent, très réactive, adorable. Piscine au top. La maison se situe bien au frais pour passer des bonne nuits sans souffrir de la chaleur. Pas besoins d'air conditionné. Endroit idéale pour les personnes qui aiment le calme. Resto sympa a 10 minutes en voiture. 2 Super marché à 10 minutes en voitures. Mer a 1h15 Lac a 1h30

Ein schöner Urlaub in außergewöhnlicher Lage

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Besuch in der Casa Anna und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und eigentlich mangelte es uns an nichts. Das Internet war gut zu benutzen und als es mal für eine kurze Weile weg war, hat sich Claudio gleich darum gekümmert. Die Lage ist herrlich. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgeschieden und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Landschaft. Ab und an hört man mal Hundegebell und der Junge aus der Nachbarschaft hat uns mit seiner unglaublich realistischen Imitation eines Rasentrimmers eher unterhalten als gestört. Die Außenanlagen sind schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde einmal in der Woche mit einem Saugroboter gereinigt. Den Rest der Zeit läuft regelmäßig eine Pumpe. Manche von unserer Reisegruppe hatten am Anfang etwas Probleme mit den Betten, da diese recht hart sind, aber das war letztendlich nur eine Gewöhnungssache. Für kühlere Nächte (von denen wir im Juni '24 leider auch ein paar hatten) wären etwas dickere Decken sinnvoll, oder man packt einfach einen langen Schlafzug mit ein. Wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und können Casa Anna sehr empfehlen.

Lovely property

Lovely property, plenty of room for the five of us, amazings views of Mount Amiata. Anna and Claudio were lovely and on hand if we needed them! Weather was changeable but it didn't bother us too much. Lovely week and good value.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Das Grundstück war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus lag außerhalb und wenn man die Ruhe mag, war es perfekt. Es gab W-Lan, doch die Verbindung war eher mäßig, doch wenn man abschalten möchte, sollte dies kein Kriterium sein. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können Casa Anna nur weiterempfehlen.

Toll!

Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber. Durch die vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder hatten alle genug Platz. Im gut gepflegten Garten konnte man sehr schön Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Wegen des Wetters konnten wir den Pool leider nicht nutzen aber alleine schon der Anblick brachte Urlaubsstimmung auf. Bis zum nächsten Strand (Marina di Grosseto) muss man eine Stunde fahren aber es lohnt sich. Zu guter letzt: die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großen dank an sie und die Mutter, die in der Nähe wohnt und zur Hilfe eilt wenn was ist!
