Great place to stay…

Very comfortable…quiet & private. Was able to work efficiently in the evenings and sleep soundly at night.Great food selections right up the road & gas places to fill up…and really close to the airport for early flights.

Just the right spot

Our stay here was wonderful. Host was super responsive for any little thing we needed. It was very clean and private. It was central for us as we went to many beaches, spring training games and Tampa Bay Downs. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for quick stay

We stayed here for 1 night when we landed at Tampa. It was just perfect for what we wanted. Very clean and it had everything you could want.

Nice and clean

The stay is just what we needed. It’s located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. We had things to do in Clearwater and Saint Pete so the drive was a very short one over there. The place had a lot of privacy and the neighborhood is very quiet. You are enjoy your stay there.

Peaceful stay with all I needed

So happy that I decided this unit. Well located closed to airport. It was a quiet neighborhood and very close to supermarkets, rest and easy access routes to the place I was attending for a training. The unit had water and coffee which I appreciated a lot. Coffee was delicious! The unit was super well maintained and clean. Communication with Maria property owner was excellent! If I visit again I will stay here. Many thanks!

Quiet studio apartment attached to main house.

A clean, quiet, and comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood of Town-n-Country. Very cozy for a single traveler, plenty of hot water, cool A/C, full size fridge, and plenty of counter top space for making meals. The host provided cold bottled waters and coffee supplies. The huge flatscreen tv is on a swivel so you can watch/stream tv from anywhere. The bed is comfortable and its a quiet street at night for resting. Parking is provided on a paved driveway right outside of your entrance for easy unpacking and a security light comes on at the gate entrance to the cute and private patio. The small open air patio has table seating for four under a shaded umbrella & two lounge chairs to enjoy the morning sun. The location is convenient for many dining options, shopping, laundromat, gas station, car wash. It’s a short drive to the expressways, the airport, the Bucs Stadium, and more. I visited Tampa for 18 days over Christmas and New Years Day and enjoyed my stay.

It was clean and decorated lovely. We were in the hurricane and needed a place to stay and it was perfect for the two of us. Maria was prompt in responding to our questions. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
