Our van was well equipped and suitable for our stay. The cutlery however was a little tired as were the furnishings. I would expect this at the end of a season not at the beginning!!

Nice and chilled

A welcome pack would be nice , arrived and table and brolley awkward to get in caravan, cloth still under fridge for defrosting , a guide to where caravan was would have been nice, would have been nice if duvet was folded and not thrown on bed
