Allergarth Barn is a delightful, single-storey barn conversion resting in Roweltown, Cumbria. Hosting three bedrooms including a king-size, a double and a single along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, you will find a garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Allergarth Barn is a delightful base in a scenic area. Please Note: Although this property is ground floor, there are two steps up to each entrance of the property and two internal steps in to the sitting room and one down in to the bathroom. Please note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome - any additional pets would need to be requested and may incur a pet charge. Please avoid having pets on bedding or furniture; pets must be kept on lead as it is a working farm. EV Charging Point available - charges apply
