Just outside the lovely village of Rolvenden, you will find Barley Byre with its exposed original beams, mellow oak flooring and cosy woodburing stove.  The property has been restored lovingly to create a spacious and welcoming open-plan interior. The French doors open to an enclosed garden which overlooks a well stocked fishing lake. It is within easy reach of the local castles, gardens, towns and beaches. Size: Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms Nearest beach: 14 miles Nearest amenities: 1.3 miles Pets: 2 dogs allowed Short Breaks: Short breaks available at this property Smoking: No smoking at this property Rooms: 1 open-plan sitting/dining room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom Beds: 1 double, 2 singles Luxuries: SMART TV with + Google Home. Fast, shared broadband, wired into the property. General: Gas central heating, woodburning stove Utilities: gas oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave Other: Kettle, toaster, iron Standard: Bed linen and towels provided. Unfenced fishing lake - children and dogs to be supervised Outdoor: Enclosed garden with lawn and patio, garden furniture and shared barbecue.  Parking: For 2 cars at entrance to owner's property. Short walk along path to property.
Note: There may be some road noise at this property as it backs onto the A28. There are 2 friendly dogs living at the owner's house.  The fishing lake is not fenced so children and dogs should be supervised at all times.  Fishing is charged at £20 per adult per week; you can book the fishing by paying the homeowner on arrival. The lake stocks carp, tench, roach and rudd. Barley Byre can be booked together with TN603 to sleep 8. There may be chickens roaming freely in the owner's garden. Please advise the owner if you'd prefer them to be shut in.
 
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
