The very central location in the middle of Tuscany allows you to combine the silence of this oasis, with visits to Lucca, Pistoia, Montecatini, Florence and more.

The holiday home is on one level and is surrounded by two hectares of wild nature combined cultivated olive trees. Here is the most beautiful panoramic view of the plain Pescia, a characteristic center famous for the flower market.

The building is completely independent in the silence of the hills with no neighbors close by. The place is suitable for those who look for a relaxing holiday with complete privacy, in close contact with nature. The house is comfortably and cosily furnished, and consists of the following:
entrance to living / dining room with sofa bed (available for 1 children under 16) and TV, open kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, toaster, kettle), double bedroom and with "en-suite" bathroom (shower and toilet). Woodburning stove.
Heating and air conditioning, WiFi internet connection (with traffic restriction).

Outside, at the back of the house, there is a covered porch furnished for outdoor eating (with BBQ). With a spectacular panoramic view lies the mt 6 x mt. 3 (Mt. 1.40 deep) swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers (children must be supervised). The pool is private and not shared with anyone. By the pool you have an outdoor shower, dressing room with refrigerator for drinks, washing machine.
In front of the main entrance you have another another covered porch. In this way, you can always fins a spot with sun or with shade, depending on the time of the day.
Reserved uncovered parking inside the property (car needed).
